- 2005-10-21 21:49:14 MDSA beta will be ready. My other project I am now worried about. Even with the planing will I have enough time to complete it? I have to. This idea has got to get out of my head anyway. It's been almost 2 years. Off to work I go.

This weekend I've been pretty productive with editing. I'm just about at the 10 second mark for the MDSA video. How it is looking I think I am going to stop around the 14 second mark for the beta since it has to be 10 seconds and up.
Next I will switch to the other video that needs to be completeted. I found the original notes I took from 2 years ago for the video plans. Then I still have the notes I planned a year ago cause I lost the others. With both of them I have a pretty good idea on what I am going to do. Now I have also started collecting the footage from the show. It's funny how most of this will look like it will come from one episode and the rest from several others. This will make life just a little bit easier. It's also good that there is a ban on any major effects so I get to do what I'm used to. I will miss that zoom feature but I can always do what I did for Tomorrow's Not Today. - 2005-10-16 00:15:00 I edited more today on the DSA video. I'm still plotting in my head how things will end up. Once again I find myself deceiving the audience. The story I am telling at first is not what it seems. I'm hoping people watching will see that but I also will need to see if it works with the rest of the flow of the project. The beta deadline is approaching. Luckily it's the 10 second mark and I'm on 7. I wish I could finish the whole beta by this weekend though. That way I can focus on the changes and also work on the other video.
- 2005-10-09 11:55:52 Editing has begun on MDSA. I am sure by the time this finished I will need to tweak it again. I got the opening section done. Now I have to decide on the flashback part. The original idea was to make everything go backwards but now I need to see if that will actually work without looking crappy. I don't know if I'll finish by the 11th either. Luckily the other project is a little less complex and it's planned out for the most part. Here is more freestyle with a general concept. I know the ending and I know the begining but what is going to happen in between those points is a little up in the air now. I won't edit until I get back if then. Six Flags Great America calls on this cold fall morning.
