I need to say this.
What is everyone’s problem with the TCNs (Third country nationals, ie the contractors here)? Many people here on base treat them like crap.
I've worked around them quite a bit since being here and I can find nothing to hate about them. They are courteous, clean, and fun to be around. On many occasions they've helped me out with some of the "beautification" work I've had to do. They don't have to but the are kind enough to do so. They always greet me, I've even shared a smoke with some of them.
Yet, people here still find ways to be asses.
Next thing:
I've been looking into doing Psyops (Psychological operations). Their main duty over here is to make friends. They go into small towns and live among the locals. They help the economy by buying thing, they help the community by building/repairing things, providing medical services, and what not. I can do that. Problem is, I will have to test for the job and then go through the training. I need more time in my life to do that. Maybe after college.

Watched the first episode last night, freekin funny.
Another series to watch is Uta-Kata, Just finished that one. Quite good, I'd recommend to anyone.
Anyway, I should probably change my profile pic too. But to what?
