Coming to an AMV.org near you November 2006 - Circular white outline fade thingy effect stuff... 2006-09-10 21:51:34 Yeah... I have no idea what it is called but all I know it is something you have to make in Photoshop and import it into your editing program. What this thing is, you have a white image with the center completely trasparents. From the center the image starts gradually beming more opaque until you have an all white border. ADV used something like it in the "Memorial" videos on the last two disks of Madlax. I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO DO THIS!! God I never learned Photoshop Elements enough to get this stuff right.

I never thought opinioning videos could be so draining. Yesterday was a shitty rainy day so I decided to give out some free opinions. I should have known there would be problems when the dls took about 23 mins each. There goes two and a half hours there. The opinions themselves are taking forever as well. Recently, I've been writing 1,000+ word ones and they take upwards of an hour to do. As of this post, I've got 2 out of five done. Only three more hours to go... joy.
I need to make a damn non-mep video. I've got the following ideas that seem promising:

Hmm...it's been well over a year since I used this thing so meh...
Before I was talking about this Aquarian Age AMV I was working on.. well, if you look at my profile, it never happened. Why, life got in the way and my old PC could not handle editing with Premiere pro. I did manage to get two videos done though, "False Identiy" and "The Place We Promised." The later was done with WMM and Promised was my first Premiere vid with high quality DVD footage. I haven't made a full AMV since. Why? MEPS.
I'm addicted to them. I joined Project Trinity in April and submitted my SoulTaker video about... three months before the beta. I was away at the shore when the cuts were announced so I was dalayed about four days to see that I had actually made it. WHOOT!!!
I then decided to start my own MEP titled Operation Introduction which consists of a series of custum anime openings. Nothing fancy, just and easy thing to start out with. I even have some decent editors. Stolen Soul's cuts are amazing, I'm only pissed that he/she dropped her/his third video after I made the exception to allow three entries not two. She/He also offered to do the credits and baled on that along with the third vid. DAMN YOU!!! J/k.
I'm doing two tracks for the SOAD Rebirth Through Insaity MEP. It scares me that one of my best videos is a damn hentai one using Princess 69 and a part of SOAD's "Violent Pornography." I never felt so dirty after making a video. At least my "Hypnotize" vid is much cleaner. I just hope we can solve the dl problem.
Japan Revolution is turning out to be a load of fun. Most of my earlier videos used nothing but J-Pop (And Megumi Hayashibara) but I have't had the motivation to do another. For this project, I'm working on a kick ass "Place Promiesd in out Early Days" video to the end of "Hemisphere" by Maaya Sakamoto. The opening to "RahXephon". Beautiful song. The second is up in the air. I actually thought if it tonight. The song is "It's My Life" by Naomi Kaitani and is from the first Cardcaptor Sakura movie. The source is not selected, but I'm leaning sharply towards Gunslinger Girl. Well see where this goes.
