  • My true opinion of the VCAs 2007-01-25 19:10:40 I don't like them. I think they are nothing more than a popularity contest where you have to kiss as much ass as possible to have a fighting chance to win. I mean... I see a lot of the same editors winning each year and I see a common trend... they are well known editors. On top of that, their videos are along the lines of the ultra flashy effect whore type vids that make people go oohh.. and ahhh...

    Half the nominations for videos I've seen so far are not worthy of some of the awards. I won't name any for fear of getting flamed or hated.

    I'm not saying this because I was not being nominated. I took myself out of the running because I don't think a damn popularity contest should determine which video is the best in which way. I am proud of most of my videos. I don't need some stupid contest to tell me that. So don't ask me for votes. I will not be voting this year.

    Bah... gonna take some pills to get rid of this headache... 
  • Good to be home 2007-01-23 20:14:30 I finally have my PC running back to the way it was before the Memory stick died. Ahh... now I just need to get motivated.

    I've been kinda blah the last few days. I hate having a lot on my mind, but this is all for a good cause. In time... life will be good. ^^ Just gotta weed through the marsh and the thicket before you can reach the meadow. May is not that far off... and maybe even sooner o.O

    We shall see....
