  • Not again... 2008-08-29 22:24:01 Some fucking virus or something got into my damn PC again causing a little Windows alert thing to pop up on my toolbar. >.<

I think I shut the fucker down and now I got Spybot, TMPC-cillin and AVG scanning so lets cross our fingers that I won't need to trash my system... again.

God I hate the internet sometimes...
  • 2008-08-28 23:50:41 So I got FSPassengers reinstalled and I begin the task of working my way up the Airline corporate ladder. I started with $70,000,000 which is the normal setting and I picked me up an Embrear 170 for about $30,000,000 even though it had some 2000+ hours on it. It was the cheapest and had the best maintenance record. So I added it to my new Xepher Airlines.

Since I'm using the trial ATM (don't have $60 for the full version) I can only take off from KSFO (San Francisco Int) so I plan a nice hop to Dallas-Fort Worth Int. So I get the people onto the plane and then wait about 15mins to get to the runway (airport was rather busy for 9PM). Take off and climb were all smooth. Until I heard a nice crash. Fucking window exploded resulting in explosive decompression. So now I have to declare an emergency while descending below 10,000' as safely as possible. Unfortunately, I made some harsh movements with the plane while trying to press the three buttons (ctrl+shift+M) to activate the emergency.

To make a long story short, I manage to make it to KOAK(Metro Oakland Int) albeit a bit on the hardside (my co-pilot said we were gonna crash just before touchdown). So what was the results?

  • Do not clean your PC 2008-08-21 21:32:20 It will die!

Not really but kinda... at least for me. Air vents for my comp haven't been cleaned in over a year and it was kinda overheating (over 60 Celsius). So I got some compressed air and blasted away. But when I went to run her... I found a weird problem... I couldn't right click without the damn thing freezing on me. Gah. I tried for hours to see if the thing would right itself. Finally I bit the bullet and did my 7th system restore in 2 1/2 years. So far... it seems relativly okay, but my flash drive is causing my pc to freeze now...

    GAH!!!
  • Boredom 2008-08-21 07:39:24 I hate having days off these days. It seems I never have anything to do. Might skip over to Wawa and get some breakfast. I REALLY need a Mocha Wake-Up with Extra Caffeine (actual name of the coffee) and some breakfast sandwiches. For those of you out of the Wawa area... sucks for you :P

Downloading all the AMVs Kit-ler used in "A Little Retrospect." Some of them I downloaded before but forgot I did. One was downloaded in 2005... damn...

Gonna go find something to do... maybe try to edit again.
  • Reflections 2008-08-14 11:36:46 I decided to look back a little on my old journal posts back when all I talked about was AMV projects and I came across some ideas that I had back almost 4 years ago and some of them have been bubbling in my mind on and off for that amount of time. The only thing deterring me from acting on them is time.

My ideas, though kinda fresh at the time are now stale. But the desire to edit them are burning more than ever. Probably with the prospect of getting a super powerful computer that will allow me more ease in editing (would like to use PrPro but I hate making clips and it really only likes clips). But I know my originality scores will plummet. So I don't know where to go... but I know I'm currently ripping the sources for one of them and I'll see if I can muster up the energy to make this one... We shall see in a few hours.
