I've had a little mouse problem in the apartment for a few weeks now. First it was one little bugger I noticed one night. Later on, though, I found that Micky (as i name all mice I see) has a friend called Minny (not sure if was female but who cares). I did all the usual, found and plugged up a hole they were using under one of the radiators but they've got another behind my stove where I cannot get.
So at that point I decided I needed to get rid of them some other way. As luck would have it, one night, one of the boxes that my new PC came in was rustling (had those foam things inside). Somehow one of them got caught inside. So I tossed another box over it to keep him in and rushed it outside where I tossed it into the dumpster. Humans 1: Mice 0.
Today I went and got those glue traps to catch the other one who has been causing some problems at night with squeaking and whatnot. So I'm here on the computer with my eye on the trap in his most used path. And what does he do? HE GOES AROUND IT!!! Tried putting peanut butter on the trap as suggested by a co-worker; he wasn't taking it. So now I have two traps sitting in another box (I have a LOT of boxes around) with a bag of old food for bait. He's hopped into boxes to get food before so hopefully he will do it again and tomorrow morning, I'll find the fucker stuck. Then into the trash he goes to. -
Christian Rock and Cards

I had no idea Skillet was a Christian rock band until I imported their "Comatose" CD into Rhapsody and it listed them as such. Huh. God has weird taste in music. Not to say Skillet is bad. I love their songs but that is just plain weird.
I'm beginning to remember why I haven't used Cardcaptor Sakura in a an AMV since Stay. It's a bitch and a half to work with 20 DVDs. All that ripping, indexing, scripting. God why is Sakura my eternal romance trump card. Well. Got a little over a week to get this little guy done. Hope it works right.
Now off to do somehting... just don't know yet. -

Hell has frozen over. The Philadelphia Phillies are in the fucking World Series. God I was only 7 when they got there last. (And Lost to the Blue Jays of all teams... >.<
Now we shall see if Boston has another miracle up their sleeves or will Tampa Bay surprise everyone and advance as well. - Oh God... 2008-10-06 10:56:32 I finally broke down and bought my new computer. Oh boy. I hate making big purchases like this.
