Good News for Me

Sometime ago I applied to aRTO (Adulta's Radio and Television Institue) for their Movie and Television Technics and Production education course. I was in their selection tests yesterday, which lasted for about 3 hours. Today I got e-mail that I was accepted! The course lasts for two years and I'll be specializing in editing.
Appearently only 15 persons got accepted to three different courses: production, filming and editing.
This calls for some drinking... -

New encode in local. I replaced the audio data with an AAC encode and fixed a few scenes and their timing.
The big question now, is if I should shamelessly pimp it with an announcement thread. -
Animecon V - AMV-Kisa

Animemusiikkivideokilpailun viimeinen ilmoittautumispäivä on nyt sitten takana ja videoiden esikarsinta pidetty. Tulemme päivittämään ilmoittautumisten tilat animeunionin profiilijärjestelmässä sitä mukaan, kun ehdimme.

Another meeting concerning Animecon V took place in Lahti. Tasks that were handed over to me:
-Planning of the AMV editing panel
-Aquiring our custom t-shirts
-Creation of various short clips for the competition
-Something I forgot - Subtitles (Continued) 2007-05-29 10:19:26 Subtitles done and done. I'll release a vid or two after Animecon V.
