JOURNAL: Esrhan (Jari Perho)

  • My Journal and Xmas Hell II 2005-11-29 13:36:04 I'm not quite sure what I should use this journal for. I've been thinking of tackling certain key issues revolving around anime music videos and the community here, but so far I don't have any interesting article ideas or themes to focus on. It would be very interesting to write articles here and have an "audience" of somewhat, but I doubt I could write such texts or get the needed amount attention for it to make any difference.
Maybe if I get an inspiration of somesort I could try that kind of a project. There definately are some issues with the Org and amvs generally, of which I'd like to express my thoughts and opinions. I believe I'm a good writer to such a thing, but wheter it would work like planned, is a different issue.

Moving on to different projects, I finally finished my 20 second long segment, for the "annual" Arctic Tribe Xmas Hell MEP. I'm quite satisfied with it, because I also got to use After Effects succesfully with it. I had to photoshop some frames, but otherwise my small joke might succeed in giving a small chuckle. Now to move on to the next project...
  • Return of Esrhan 2005-10-02 16:12:36 I'm back... yeah right, like anyone even noticed I left in the first place! Not that it actually matters anyway. Maybe a few individusl at Arctic Tribe might, but that's not important.

Anyway, here is the quickie I made to officially announce my return to Arctic Tribe.

I hope you find it at least midly entertaining.

I have also updated my profile as well as my old video comments.
  • Cleaning Up 2005-01-20 08:03:30 Cleaned up some old given and received reviews.

I wonder how the animemusicvideo community is going these days...
  • Power Labors 2004-12-14 19:03:25 This is a bit late, but at the time I just thought, what the heck give it a try. I asked Janzki if he still had the old Minipato-Power Rangers video I sent him a long, long time ago. He had it, I got it and decided to add this here just for the heck of it.
One good reason to watch my "latest" video, Power Labors, is to watch the cool transforming kanji at the end. The rest isn't that special, expect visually, so help yourself.

    Leaving the org again...
  • Goodbye 2004-04-20 15:12:13 Goodbye, anime music videos.
