Had my right-side wisdom teeth removed today... in two weeks it's time for the left side. I guess 2007 starts with every possible delay happening right now, when I should be working on anime music videos again.
Oh well, after this operation I should be done with these delays and finally be able to focus on editing. - Yakitate Japan 2007-01-05 13:35:39 Is it a clear sign of a really good anime, when it inspires you to bake bread for the first time in your life? I baked Ja-pan#2 and it came out quite well.

A new year and it's already managed to come forth to a really negative beginning for it. The damaged hard disc has now been officially declared dead and barely has even usable spare parts in it. They phoned me, after opening it in a clean air enviroment, and said the read/write head had done such deep scratches that it is impossible to get any data recovered.
"Farewell HD... your content shall be greatly missed. I did not care of your outer appearence, as it was what was inside of you that truely mattered."
Oh well... I estimate this will prolong my plans by a month or so. The next few weeks are gonna be spent on gathering files, software, programs, codecs and such from various sources. I will, however not even consider of downloading all the lost AMVs back, as that would surely burn me out. I will rely on my friends on that one. -

Soo... I now finally have my new computer up and running. The bad news is that a certain someone managed to break my old HD while copying some files off it. I had bought an external casing for it so I could easily copy all my old files via USB. Imagine my reaction when he drops the HD and on restart the damn thing just lets out a scratching sound, along with a melodic "beep", and I can't access it in any way. Thanks to him most of the software is currently unavailable or maybe broken completely.
We took the drive to a company that sells services on data restoration from broken hard drives. In a week or two I should hear their analysis of what happened.
Why do these things happen to me? I don't really see myself as an evil person who would deserve to suffer from constant little setbacks. It is slowly getting really frustrating. -
Graphics Card

This is getting really old really fast. Now I have the keyboard of my choice, but the netshop messed up with the graphic card right in the middle of the holidays! Now I'm being delayed on purpose, if you ask me...
Oh well, at least the few AMV ideas I have in my head get more time to ripen, even though they have been doing that for about a year now. I'm quite sure they will be good videos once I get to work on them.
