these past few days have been really crazy.. i've been outta the house b/c of like.. work or other family things... the only time I'm actually home is to sleep.. and then it's off out of the house or something..
i hope this doesn't keep up...

first paycheck

my first paycheck ever: $383.17!!! (after the social security tax and etc.)
enough for a PSP.. but I'm being "smart" by waiting for price breaks.. cause $250 for a PSP is still lot.
well.. this first paycheck goes to my new comp.. the rest goes to my first payment of car insurance... when I need to pay for it.
I just plan on a $500-700 comp... just to get started.. and then after that first car insurance payment.. i'll start upgrading a little further..
my job is awesome.. workin at a movie theater.. concessionist is cool.. but it'll be even better once I can get assigned Usher duties instead of Concessions.. cause.. Ushers only like.. take tickets and clean theaters after movie.. way better than dealing with people ordering food and stuff.
w00t.. - bleh 2005-06-30 14:17:39 Metrocon this year was teh best ever!... the AMV contest though says otherwise... the winning videos were excellent.. but 99% of the nonwinning videos weren't close to excellent.. and that was a let down.. =(

Metrocon this weekend. It'll be my third year going.. and I'm trying to make sure that I never miss it.. as possible as I can..
No AMV entry this year as I didn't think my new kenshin amv was good enough.. though I did end up finishing it and would've entered that one, if I had not missed the deadline.
I'm going all 3 days.. cause if I went just saturday and sunday, it'd be $45.. so I might as well just get the full weekend pass for all 3 days for that $45.. I would've pre-registered when it wuz $25 weekend... but at that time.. I thought I wuz gonna be unable to go.......... oh well..
