Well that last interview wasn't for me. It wouldn't pay enough for my responsabilities. Therefore I have gone back onto the freelance market and so far things have been going great. I have 3 webpages to work on and 2 commercials I have to finish editing. I'm glad that business picked up this quick. The only thing with these webpages is that they are on really really tight time constraints. I have to have both of them done by the First. Not only are they just good looking webpages the owners want to be able to add things to the database throught there own pages. Alot like this place in a way. Oh well I see many sleepless nights ahead of me.
On the other front with my studio I do believe that I have a good idea for the logo. Its just going to take a few days to implement and hopefully I can still meet the site deadline.
Man I wish I could go to Ushicon. That would be so much fun. But with everything going on here I couldn't possibly get away. BUT on the other hand it looks like I may be able to attend A-Kon which I hear is a really good one to go to. Considering I have never been to a con I would like to at least know some people there since none of my friends are interested in anime and wouldn't care a bit about it.
My video seems to be chugging along. I do'nt have an estimated time to finish. It all depends on how well all of my freelance work goes. Its cool a really cool song from the Trans-Siberian Orchestra set to Big O. I hope it turns out well.
Anyway I guess thats it, my dog really wants me to pick him up. He's about to go nuts because I haven't held him this morning.

Hey EK you doing a Big O vid too? After you talked about it in your journal one day a week or so ago I had to go and check it out. I ended getting 4 dvd's of it. I love the series. Its so freaking awesome. I just hope I can do the series justice with my AMV.

Jobs Suck

Well the job interview I had today went well. I don't think I will take the position. Its not what I am looking for and he actually quoted a lower salary today then he did on the phone! Not for me so the job hunt is still on. I may try a couple of Doc's in Dallas if I can't get anything in little Lubbock. From there I may move onto Austin if I can't seem to find anything in Dallas. Oh well guess thats how life is.
Anyway I captured all the episodes for my AMV yesterday. I love editing from vob's it takes up so much less time then converting to HuffYUV does. Plus quality is 150 times better on the final output. Hopefully I can get started on this AMV today some time. If not I may make a really really pissed off AMV just for the heck of it. Since AMV creation seems to be my counselor. Wonder if anyone else feels that way?

Been a while since I wrote something here and alot has been going on.
First off I just want to start with some new stuff that has been happening with my studio. Well I have 3 new members of the team so if you count me we total 4. The new members are, MexicanJunior, Redplague, and Xombie. Each one brings their talents and adds them to the studio. I think we have a good mix of opinions and alot of stuff can happen in the future. I'm excited about it. On the webpage note it is undergoing construction and if everything works out right on the 1 of February it will be opened with a while new design. Now if I can only come up with a logo idea. I am totally lost. BTW be sure to check out the AMV reviews we do on the 7th and 21st of everymonth to see if you are a winner.
On the personal side, I quit my job today. Some things have been going on over the past few weeks and it just got to the point that I wouldn't put up with any more verbal abuse so I quit. Well low and behold I quit this morning and tomorrow I have go in to see about signing a contract with one of my x-clients with my old company. Yeah, my old company is going to be pissed but they have offered me a whole bunch more money and I didn't know there was going to be an offer till this afternoon. Anyway, GOOD TIMES!
Sorry MJ to hear about you friend. I hope is he doing okay and will keep him in my prayers. I also hope that everything is going well with everyone else on the site.

Bored Again

Even though it sucks not having much to do I am relishing in the fact that I will be extremely busy tomorrow through Friday.
I started playing with my laptop's wireless card and with some help from one of my friends at my local ISP I got my internet to work anywhere in town wirelessly. You can't get any better then that. When you drive you are the internet, when you are sitting the coffee shop, guess what? YOU HAVE INTERNET.
This is the age that I want to live in. Still playing around with my Linux box. Found a good internet server for about 2500 dollars today. Because the company I work for is a dell certified reseller we get MASSIVE price breaks. It was originally 6400 dollars for the server.
Found out what I am going to be doing for my next project. Hope to have it done for christmas. Hopefully by christmas day. It should fit with everything I have planned. I haven't been this inspired since my last vid
Well gotta get back to looking like I am working.
