Sorry, you had a great point, but you kinda killed it when you didn't spell the word correctly.

    I'm sorry you feel that way. I've totally given up on the forums, but I still post my videos here. While you might be popular/famous enough to have people remember the link to your site (pretty easy really), there are a lot (not me, I've given up for a while) of AMV creators out there that have hard to find sites. For them, this place is heaven-sent (I think that's how it's said). Honestly, wherever you go you will find people like that. I've been to three cons this year and there hasn't been one yet where some jerk wasn't commenting about how stupid such and such is. I mean just because I like watching Dragon Ball Z people think that I have no taste in anime. Same thing. I do, but my preferences are far-reaching. I can't say I like sailor moon, but I'm not going to call it stupid. I admit that the american version is crap because they cut out all the plot, but that's as far as I'd go(I hear they're redoing it so it'll be much better now).

    Ah well, what I'm trying to get as is that no matter what you do, you'll find people bashing you like that. There's nothing you can do but ignore them and go on with life. Hey, I think it's pretty cool that most of the good people don't even use the forum anymore, we just communicate though the journal entries. I really do hope that you come back and post here though. If all the good people leave, then the idea and dream that created this forum leaves with them. As for the bad ones, bah, let them rot. Eventually they'll get bored and leave anyway. Besides, if the good people keep coming back because they see other good people here then haven't we achieved something worth while? Being able to give good criticism to someone who's just starting out and wants advice makes me happy and will improve their skill at editing. I say that's worth putting up with all the crap from other people. I want more good videos and less of the low quality crap that's out there.



    P.S. My GOD I am so sick of seeing linkin park and DBZ videos. Same song, same footage just in different order...ARRRRGGGG

    I bet this is one of those guys who won't shut up about Goku from DBZ being able to beat up any other anime character because he thinks he knows everything from watching that damn series, eva, and akira. Don't take it to heart man. You've got quite a few videos in my 23 gig Best of the Best collection. Also, you're one of the only "old timers" from when amv's were just getting started that's still around. Keep up the work and don't let them get you down.
