  • Asian Sensation, Castor Troy, and why the East Coast needs to be bombed 2002-11-14 12:09:16 1. Asia Sensation: Awesome closing quote. I love Golden Boy and anyone who quotes him is niffty in my book.

    2. Castor Troy: O.o;;

    All I can say to that is wow... I never thought people (and news articles) could be that dumb

    3. Yes, I think that the East Coast needs to be bombed! Why you may ask? Well I'll tell you, but this is probably going to be a long rant that most people will look at say ugg, and not read. The main points are these though:
    On all the trips to anime cons I've been to, the roads and road signs are always messed up. Roads should NOT try to imitate a drunken snake that just got high. Also, as a friend of mine quoted, "the washington beltway isn't so much a circle as a frilly scarf." How true he is.
    Other than that, I'd have to say the late night radio shows were totally on crack. If I hadn't been paralyzed from surprise I would have switched the stations, but disbelief in what I was hearing made me sit there and listen to such horrors as a man asking the DJ if he could think of any medical reason that when jerking off with a condom there would be blood mixed in with the sperm and there would be no blood when jerking off with a terrycloth >_<

    If that wasn't bad enough, on the way back I was listening to some nice music then the DJ (different station, I never went back to the other one) comes on and talks about how this grandmother went "above and beyond the call of duty" this thanksgiving for her granddaughter. They had the grandmother on the phone. The lady started talking about how her granddaughter couldn't carry a child ("Okay," I thought, "this means she adopted one for her."). Actually it turns out that the 54 year-old grandmother volunteered to be a surragate mother for her granddaughter's child. This means that the egg fertilized by the granddaughter's husband was placed in the grandmother who would then carry the child until it's born. Now, if I were that kid, I'd need major psychological help when I'm older and I learned where I came from.

    So, the way I figure it, if we completely bomb the east coast (don't tell them it's coming, that way we get all the people as well as the messed up roads). Then we send in construction teams (which will raise the economy and provide lots of jobs) and rebuild all the cities using the grid system. Voila! Instant goodness.
  • O.O damn vampires!! 2002-11-11 13:00:30 Great a friend linked me here

  • ugg 2002-11-11 12:28:02 well, between driving for 9 hours to get from home to nekocon and then driving back I'm feeling pretty down. Work has piled up so now it's time to pay the piper.

    Who in the world would live in a town called Scaggsville?
  • Video Creator of the Month 2002-11-06 09:31:13 alkampfer81 (Marisa Panaccio)

    Everyone should look him up. If you only download two videos this month download his excel saga video and the "Stronger" video.

    I'm not a fan of Spears, but that stronger video could show everyone exactly how a video is made! It had everything that should be in the video there. The files are large, but the quality and sound output blows all the other videos out there away. Jesus, I haven't seen videos this good since the last time Otaku Vengance put out an X video. This guy is awesome.

    Any reviewers out there that actually do this seriously should look this guy up. He's got some real talent.
