A new change

Well, nothing big happened today until I got back from work at 10 pm. It turns out that my room mate has gotten a single to himself so now I have my own room. He packed and moved today. This rooms pretty big now and alone. Excellent for anyone who might want to watch anime *ahem* or do other things. Pretty much as it stands no this weekend looks like tomorrow I'm doing a guys night out thing and my best friend will be spending the night. The next day my girlfriend will be meeting him *gasp* and we'll all probably spend the day together or something.
Other than that I know a friend *by the name of Richard* who's been looking for a way to get onto hiram campus to spend the summer to get away from his family. Seeing as how his old ex is putting the moves on him and he doesn't want it I think I'll offer the roomie option and see if he wants to hang for the summer....of course not before I try out the alone option with a certain girlfriend of mine *grin* -
Cigars, firealarms and....milk?

Well the final hours of home were definately ones I won't forget soon. My best friend came over and we watched a really wacked out movie that was basically one big acid trip. After that I was about ready to head back to campus when he whipped out two top quality cigars. Well, how could I refuse that? Although I don't smoke like a chain smoker or even weekly, I still like(liked?) a cigar every now and then. He told me that these were stronger than the cubans we had earlier on in the year, but I really didn't think much of that....
So after 10 minutes of smoking, my little brother ended up showing up with one of his friends. Each of them were carrying two half/gallon jugs of milk. My little brother had chocolate and his friend had whole milk. Now, they're both very "odd" kids to say the least. His friend has tried every illicit drug by the time he was 15 and after a rather bad acid trip (involving little flesh eating green goblins) he quit cold turkey on everything. Anyway, they were going to drink those 4 containers of milk (two each) and then throw up. yes, this was their plan. It's about 11 at night, my head is a bit buzzed from the cigar and my little brother has the crappiest plan I've ever heard of. When my parents asked him why he was going to do that, he simply replied "why do you smoke?" followed by "at least this isn't slowly killing me." So the only thing I can think of is that he was dropped on his head as a child also.
Well, after another 25 minutes the cigars were finished and my brother and his friend were ready to begin. Just before that happened, my father stormed outside and told my brother that he was not allowed to puke near the house or on the deck and he should go elsewhere. It was about then that I decided it was time to go back to campus. We grabbed my mom and headed back to the wonderful college where I work full time in the summer. As a further note, my little brother and his friend went to a public park to do their drug free experiment.
Meanwhile after dropping my best friend off at his house we headed to the campus. I was in a poor porr condition by this point. I was as sick as a dog and probably looked worse than a few I've seen. Well after getting back and being sick in a bathroom for a while I crawled into my bed. I didn't even bother putting the clean sheets on it, I just slept on the mattress and uncovered pillows. My blankets were somewhere in the box of washed cloths that I brought and I didn't feel like finding them either, so I used two coats as blankets and fell asleep.
2 hours later the firealarm went off and I was about ready to kill someone. People should really learn how to make popcorn at 3 in the morning or not make it at all! -
Fathers Day

Among other things that happened, I had a really weird dream today. You know those dreams where you wake up and you're really irritated with the person? I had one of those. Funny thing is that the people I woke up irritated at weren't even around! Ha, guess my brain just wanted to let off some steam or something
FATHERS DAY:
Spent the entrie day today working upstairs with my dad cleaning out a room that's been underconstruction for a while. I was actually thinking of a good song for fathers day that could be put into a video. Sadly the only thing that I can think of as even being remotely fathery would be to do Staind "with you" to a Eva video. Honestly that doesn't sound very happy as far as fathers day goes.

Perhaps however that would be a good video to make overall. I can imagine the song pretty well and doing it to a combination of Eva, DBZ, Lain, Akira, (maybe ranma 1/2) and beserk. It has some good potential and I can easily get the video footage that I'd need....
Girlfriend?
I'm currently using my little brothers computer to write all this and I found a message from a girl named melissa. She sounded cute enough and it appears (from the way she's writing) that they might be dating ^.^ ho ho, how cute, my little bro actually found a girl not weirded out by him. I had a hard enough time with that because I'm rated as a "cute anime geek." I felt fortunate to find such a sweet girl. Now my little bro is more of a goth-wannabe type geek so it becomes harder for him. He seems to have worked the ol' family charm though. Go bro! But don't do anything naughty or mom will kill you *grin* -

Whelp, spent most of the day today in bed *ahem* but someone lent me a hand and I was finally able to drag my butt to work. Nothing really notable today, other than the phrase 3rd times a charm comes to mind. I'm beginning to think that maybe I have too much of a one track mind. Either way I'll deal iwht it as I can.
In other news I'm searching for a song to do a music video to. If anyone out there has a suggestion please feel free to let me know at risingshadow@animesector.zzn.com I'm looking for something to work on really, anything right now would be good...
Itches are going away, but crazy stalkergirls keep calling me. I'm not really that great of a guy, I just wish they'd stop. It's become a bit scary now, but I'm sure they'll take the hint soon. If they give up it'd be for the best. I've told them before I'm not interested but some people can't take a hint. On note with other annoyances, my poison sumac is going away and the reaction to fiberglass is almost gone. Why if not for the fact that my workplace is having asbestose removed from it soon and I'm still stuck working there (which is technically illegal since it causes lung cancer) I'm feeling very bright about my future. Got a fortune cookie today and it says that that Great Disaster awaits you for a path wrongfully chosen. Glad to see that not all fortunes are good but that still freaks me out a bit.
On the up hand my best friend is in town now and I'll be hanging with him tomorrow. Hopefully maybe he'll have some new song that I'll want to work to. I'm going home tomorrow for a few days, while there I'm going to practice my drawing. I haven't done that in a while and it'll be good practice to be able to draw some decent anime characters again.
Video Possibilities:
I'm thinking of doing DDR butterfly to some sort of swordfighting anime. Kenshin maybe or something else more updates later.
Other Notes
My girlfriend is the most wonderful and dedicated girl I've ever met. She's fun to be around and she has a good sense of humor. She has some odd tastes I think but then again no odder than some of mine :) I showed her a new facet of myself today, I wonder how she took it. -

GIVEN UP ON CURRENT WORK?
Spent some to the night yesterday after GF left encoding for my music video. I'm not really into what I've done so far, I think I might scrap everything I've done to now and start from scratch to see. I dunno, maybe I'll just encode what I have so far and work on the files in the new codec me buds got me.
I have another video that I want to work on, just give up on these for now and focus my attention on something a bit sadder. I don't know, I can use clips from all the vids I have up till now (5000 is a good number to pick from and many have high quality images). I'm still looking for more music videos to rate and keep SO IF ANY OF YOU HAVE A NEW MUSIC VIDEO THAT YOU WANT REVIEWED, feel free to message me and I'll download it and watch it.
Also a friend got me the all the music (orcastrated though) from a lot of old nintendo games. I might try some music videos to just that and see how it comes out. That would be really cool if it works. I'm about to call it quits for a while with all my love hina editing and work on just Various Clips videos. That'd be good. Michelle branch is really someone that would work well. Guess it's time to move on. I found a great anime called Onegai Teacher. It would make a great mv, maybe but I doubt it. I first need to listen to all my music and pick a song that embodies everything that I want to do. DDR Butterfly done to a little known samuri anime might be in the works folks.

Ahem, NO! You are not going to get any dirt on this part. This is for my own peace of mind and because she'll probably read this and so it's like our own personal one-way message board. I'm not dumb enough to make public anything I consider to be my own personal matter (shaddap, Bill!) that's what the little private checkbox is for below the entry box.
Anyway, we ended up talking a lot yesterday (both of us were pretty much too tired and itchy to do anything so we just laid about. Talking is a good thing if you do it once in a while and have it interrupted by sporadic visitors, room-mates, and napping. Either way I think we actually got a bit closer from sheer laziness.
SECRET TO GET A GIRL TO BE IMPRESSED
That's right I found out last night what really impresses a girl! You just have to give her the first sip/bite of anything you buy together. I really don't understand it, but apparently she really loved the fact that I offered her a drink of my pop (after I opened it) before I took one. Really, it seemed the natural thing to do and I didn't even think about it, but it seems to have made a big impression on her. That's cool. Also (though i haven't done this in a while because I'm not driving *sigh*) if you open the car door for a girl when you go out anywhere it makes them feel special. Most grandparents will try to ingrain that into you (it worked on me).
Still, I feel out of shape and as soon as this damn Poison Sumac goes away I intend to start doing some hardcore working out! Later all.
