When I went to Otakon last year, I saw a man in a Pedobear costume walk past me with a toddler in each arm....and I didn't think anything of it. But seriously, they just now found out about this? Pedobear is one of the oldest internet memes that I can remember. And the people that dress up as Pedobear aren't real pedophiles. That would just be stupid. How could those reporters not realize that something this obvious is a joke. This is their "over 9000" Oprah moment. -
Madoka Movies

It just got confirmed that Madoka is getting 3 movies. The first 2 are gonna be a recap/ retelling of the anime series, and the third will be completely new material. I am so ready. It saddens me that I'll probably have to wait about a year and a half to see them though (gotta get released in theaters and on DVD before it can get fansubbed).

That's such an important message that I feel the need to re-post it. I feel that it also encompasses a lot of other AMV mistakes like making a full length AMV just for a single lyric sync. I'm tired of all the Kingdom Heats AMVs that have nothing to do with the song besides the fact that one particular lyric mentions the word "heart". The same thing can be said about a lot of Shugo Chara AMVs. - JManga 2011-08-17 13:23:44 JManga launched today, so I signed up for a account. I don't read enough manga to fully appreciate it, but its essentially a manga version of crunchyroll. It definitely has potential, but I probably won't set up a paid account unless they pick up the newer volumes of "Gunslinger Girl" or some more of "Air Gear".
