- 1 more day! 2003-08-07 15:20:30 Otakon is tomorrow! My Ruri Hoshino costume is done and everything is set and ready to go! It seems that the amv screening is going to be pretty late at night and unfortunately I won't be able to watch it all, but hopefully they'll show some of them during the masquerade on saturday. I'll only be able to go to Otakon 2 of the 3 days because that sunday i have a softball tournament suprise surprise. i'll be tired but i won't mind, softball wakes me up i guess. oh well, wish me luck!
- 2003-07-31 15:29:49 woah i haven't updated this thing in a while. I've been gone most of this summer. A lot of softball tournaments happening and such. I just watched Sappy-Self Indulgence, its been a while since i've seen it, and for a little while i wasn't able to play it on my computer. It's all better now and I finally got to watch it again, the vid has been one of my favorites since i first saw at katsucon. anyways, im anxiously waiting for Otakon, but I still need to come up with some more money. that's always one of the worst things about cons, they can be so expensive! Its going to be so awesome though. let's see what else, oh i started watching Noir and i love the series! its so great, and the music in the series is just as awesome!
- anxiousness 2003-06-20 17:16:43 i'm so tired, we were in baltimore all day yesterday, and we saw the orioles lose. It was a lot of fun and we were even up on that big jumbotron thing. tomorrow we have our first tournament softball game, but i have to wake up at 5:30 to get there on time. I finally got my nadesico complete chronicles and seikai no dansho dvds off of e-bay. my 2-week probation period is over so I can finally download some of these local amvs i've been wanting to see.
- first entry 2003-05-31 12:42:24 cool this is my first entry in this journal! its been close to a week since i joined this site, even though i had been coming here a while before that. i sent in my otakon preregistration about a month ago and will hopefully be getting my confirmation postcard soon. aside from my postcard, im waiting for 2 e-bay items in the mail and hopefully they come soon. Krazygamers.com just started an X-Men RPG in their forums, and since im a staffer there i joined, even though i don't know anything about X-Men. I'm a character named Shadowcat who reminds me of those freaky white phantom guys in matrix: reloaded.
