  • Okay so... 2006-10-26 00:52:21 Band is over. We placed 5th in state so that was pretty amazing, but now I have a lot more free time, which means it's time to get to the editing. I was trying to do some today, and yeah it wasn't working out. So time to get them out thurrr.

    Alright so my audio is primarily a moving piano part. I can't synch to every beat because it would be overkill, so I'm just synching to the accented beats. It works, but it makes the video feel like it's lacking a sense of pulse.

    Yeah I was going to write more but I got sidetracked, sooooo I'll continue this later. Basically I just have to think about the video more anyways, and then I think I'll be alright.

  • MS Day 9 2006-09-18 02:31:40 I spent a lot of time editing today, but still only got a short segment done. It takes me forever to edit I suppose, just like everyone else in VNS (though Nancy and Krat both put together sweet IC vids tonight). I was able to get my second alpha ready, and its got about 1:28 or so done. I left some parts blank, but I'll get to them later. I think I'm still going to fix some things and have a slightly revised alpha by Tuesday so I can show it to my studiomates during the meeting.

    Maybe I'll get to work on it a little tomorrow. I'm working a short shift, so maybe I'll have some time. Mmm time, that would be nice to have once in a while. 
  • MS Day 8 2006-09-13 23:46:31 Once again made a little bit of progress with the video. Just doing short little scenes and so forth. Maybe next time I edit I can get another alpha ready. I'm tired, and really don't have much to say about today's progress, although it wasn't a lot, but just the fact that there was some is important.

    Oh, we're going to start having weekly studio meetings. I think this will be pretty cool, since this way we'll be able to catch up with each other, and become closer as a studio. Huge hopes for VNS...we're going to be awesome, or so I hope. Maybe we'll be a next generation studio..um yeah. I'm just rambling now. I need to go finish my homework ¬¬
