My spring break has definitely had quite the start. Our game Friday got rained out, so we had practice indoors. It was towards the end of practice and we were running situations. We use these bases that just set on the floor, they don't screw in or anything, and they're pretty slippery. I was on third base and ran to home plate after the ball was hit. According to my friend, I hit the base funny and the base shot back while I went forward into the bleachers. I heard something pop and I looked down at my right foot which was now perpindicular to my leg. My coach called the ambulance and they took me over to Rush Copley. I thought it was funny that my teammates were impressed by the fact that I wasn't screaming or crying XD
Turns out I dislocated my ankle, fractured it in two places, and tore some ligaments. They popped it back into place Friday night, then I stayed the night in the hospital so they could do surgery the following morning. Luckily they just put the screw in rather than screws and plates. For now I have a hard cast on, but I'll get that cut in 10 days since that's when they're taking the stitches out, and then I'll have a new one. I feel fine, I just have some vicadin (sp?) for the pain, but it really hasn't been so bad. What really hurts is the fact that I'm going to be on crutches for the rest of my senior year, so no softball and I'll be on crutches at both prom and acen unless some miracle occurs and it heals enough in six weeks so that I can get the walking cast.

Ummmmmmmmm yeah. I cut the song down even more, and I like the way it's sounding. It's like one final encore then over, rather than it going on forever and ever like in the regular version. I put more stuff on the timeline as well, but I think the most important thing I did was just lay down and think more about the vid. Maybe I'll get to it some more tomorrow. Oh...tomorrow's the 20th :o
