    I am finished with this busted music movie


    Problem:

    I cannot render it to any kinda file

    why?

    I can't render it to asf, divx, or wmv cause it has problems saying it can't find the codec or something.. i probally need to reinstall them since i have xp

    When i render to mpeg, it seems to work for a while.. but uhh shit happens man

    I think it's because I"m low on disk space

    my drive has about 400 mb of space left

    i think window suses like 200 mb of that as virtual memory or page space or something

    So i can't render it till i get more space... i've burnt everything that i think i can to cd-r but most of the space is being taken up by the video files theirself.     Maybe i can burn a cd of the video files, and vegas can render from the cd and the hard drive.... maybe..... :S:S:S:S::S:S

    or i can wait till i get the new hard drive

    but i can't get the ferkin new hard drive

    because i need 10 bucks to pay the shipping and handling

    and i don't have 10 bucks

    neither does my parents have 10 bucks to lend me

    they can't use credit card cause i wasn't going to cause of bills

    i was going to use a money order

    but can't get money order without 10 dolla

    So on the hard drive thing, i was going buy a hard drive and some memory

    maybe i can just buy the hard drive and i'll have enough to order it..

    then just wait till i get bout 20 dollars and get the memory....

    i really wanted that memory to speed this biatch up

  • woot 2002-04-28 05:06:32 turns out that the reason xp didn't save that profile was because the name of the profile had a period "." in it. But the files were not lost, they were put in a dif folder, after going to microsoft's help site i found out how to restore them.. all night i've finished up the editing on this music movie and i'm rendering a draft of it :D after then the finishing touches will be made and the rendering/uploading process will begin. :D so this ferkin troubled video is getting out of my life... I think I'm going to stop using mpeg files because of bandwidth and just use divx and wmv files.

    My next planned project.. uhh... i think i was supposed to do a feeling vid.. I have two dif levels of feeling videos planned, phobia and state of mind or being .. all will be revealed in the future.

II 2002-04-27 20:31:11 just installed windows xp... it's pretty cool.. runs a lil slow on this ole pc but when i get that new ram it should help it out... during the install... i remember it saying that it couldn't process one of my user profiles or something on here... well... it seems that my bloody freakying main profile that I use is FERKIN LOST with all my VIDEO EDITING FILES and the ferkin clips and the vegas files AND MY FERKIN SITE FILES FOR MY FERKIN WEBSITE ALL GONE ALL GONE

    well.. they might not be gone cause my hard drive still has the same amount of space.. and those clips took up about 4 - 6 gigs.... so they're hidden somewhere.. i'm like running search but it's pretty darn slow...

    -.- thought gettin xp would be a good thing... but it did fix all the problems my pc was having...

    I guess since i stopped the downloads of my vids penguin hosting didn't drop me... i may wait till next week and then allow my vids to only be available for download on weekends...
