this crazy, hectic week is starting to wind down. german exam in the morning (pray that i do well) and then off to anime usa. don't be surprised if my ftp goes down this weekend - i got home today and the heat alarm was going off and i had about 500+ failed Shutdown Now messages blaring and it was bad...'cuz stupid roommates leave off the a/c.
also got one of the most annoying kinks in the extended katsu vid ironed out.
and tomorrow i get to meet one of old time friends from hotline. should be fun.
so as prior stated, watch out 'cuz the ftp may be down this weekend. now you know why. -

paper's done. exam friday. i will study hard tomorrow, cram it all in, and get the b i need. hopefully a high b. i will then go to the con and collapse.
it's so FRUSTRATING to have a transition i want to make but i don't know what it should be. i only know what looks wrong, so i have to keep experimenting with things until i get it right. today's been the second day that i've played with it and still gotten nothing out of it. grah. -

i hate les miz, but i enjoy "on my own" and "master of the house." pity they had to be from such crappy shows.
i'm looking at my calendar and finding myself VERY happy that RENT isn't coming to DC the same weekend as the harry potter movie opening. That would suck majorly, because I'd have to play the RENT lotto the same nite potter opens...and i have to see potter opening night.
so someone remind me why i'm taking so many classes? It's weird, I've got a ton of work, I attempt to do some of it, but so much just falls through the mental cracks because I've got 5x as much coming in as usual. I think my job this summer really killed my brain. As much as I love being in class, I'll be glad when this semester's over. insane readings, writing constantly, singing crappily for the class, and german.
i really gotta do well in german.
anyways, what con's this weekend, should be fun, just a lot of work to come back to sunday =( sadly i won't have time to whip anything up special for the con either...at least not until friday nite after i get home...may do something quick after that =) - slacking 2001-10-09 15:55:53 i should be working right now. i'm amazed at how much i slack off every afternoon. no wonder my grades aren't better.

today's been a busy day.
went to bed at 3am.
got up at 11:30
did laundry
did reading for strat theory...more on mahan.
prepped my dinner
did reading for other classes.
wrote up a crapload of amv reviews (i'm back up to #3! over 100! woohoo!)
cleaned my section of the dorm
cleaned up my mp3 collection
made dinner
and i've been loafing around since. tomororw's goal (still one hour before it's tomorrow) is to do writeups on the strat theory readings, copy the article for the next reading, do my german homework, and get some writing done on my english paper.
And if anyone wants to buy me the german harry potter books i'd be most appreciative (like that'll happen)
