Damn, entry title sounds cool... to me at least...
After having quite an interesting conversation between dwchang and myself. I learned quite a few things. That Eva thread was quite badass if I do say so myself...
Lot's of weird shit has been happening here on this org. I hope I'm above it... A solution, not the problem...
I've made some enemies. [heh] That's got to amount for something I'm sure. Though it's quite easy to make enemies and much harder to make friends. Such is the way of things...
Soothing Symphonic is my next step in what I believe is the direction of becoming a true "artist". Dance vids were my roots, my beginnings. I once again thank you Jay R. Locke for giving me the inspiration and courage to step up to the challenges that all amv editors face. The n00bs and beyond those... [yeah, that's some cheesy shit right dere] ^_^
I just hope that when I run out of steam [and that Project Vertigo fuckin' finishes] I would have left an impression on people... Was I a good editor and a good sport? Was I able to stand up for what I believed was "right" and not step on someone else's beliefs? Was I helpful? Was I able to get things done here that helped contribute to the community? I won't be as uber sexcellent as those who have either hosted amv contests or [God forbid] wrote those extremely helpful guides that nearly all the editors have either glanced at or memorized... I just hope that I learned from my screw ups and that I have no malice or hate toward anyone... [which would suck since I do know how to kill people using my fingers :X...]

For the diminishing fanbase I have now that I no longer gun for convention winners and just edit for sheer 0_0 factor, the next vid is!!!

Digital FX Set: Temporal Moonbeam... This vid will have a MUCH simpler fx set due to the sheer strain I experienced with "Together - Soothing Symphonic". using Virtual clips is something I never want to have to do again. [huff puff] This special effect is so easy that I'd probably get laughed at as a step "down" from my supposed "legenardy works"...
Who cares? ^_^ "Temporal Moonbeam" is something that's not only easy to do, those very few of you who remember the name "Tapestry Illusion" may reminisce some more...

Just deleted all the files, freed up a good 3 gigs... :)
Together - Soothing Symphonic has in existance 3 versions... the 38meg 24fps version on the carrot [fuk], a 29.97 version that's 50 megs [on my computer], and a CONVENTION version which NOBODY'S getting, [save Zarxrax for all his help... ^_^]
The convention version again is just the SAME vid with the credits changed to give it a more poetic look...
the problem is that I can't send it to his ftp cause it seems to be fookin' down...
