    Project Vertigo...

    Angel's section, the first 1:28 of the song itself was just BEAUTIFUL.... A true testament to skillful use of timed fx. Don't expect too much story though, this video's all about timing and fun...

  • Double the pleasure, double the pain!! 2003-07-14 17:05:39 Start project files for both Samurai's Virtue [the credits are still incorporated into the video itself which means AGAIN I need to make a convention version. All in the name of saving bandwidth. That is, I hope it is, I hate sitting through even FOUR seconds of bumper to get into a video. I hate also when the bumper is BETTER than the video I'm watching.... Dat sux0rs. 2 solutions out of this.

    a: I stop making bumpers altogether
    b: I stop using text altogether...

    I can live with a... But b is the clincher. I notice myself now that by forcing the audience to read something kinda "jerks" them awake. Instead of just, ah, it's an amv, the mind says "Whoa, what's that for?" Keeps things moving I guess... My Con versions are all unique as fuck and my only hope is that the people who DO get them are all trustworthy. [the text changes actually make the video feel different to me. Which is odd... More feeling is felt when the credits are removed...

    Still, having studio credits roll in during an amv is both cool to me and a safety in that if some ass was to hack the vid and take it, they'd have to work a tiny bit harder in order to remove the credits. [logo's are gay in my book so naw, no logos] 
  • 2JA CONQUERS AGAIN!!! 2003-07-13 00:17:28 FUCKITY FUX0RS BABY!!!

    After about 45 mins. of hacking and slashing. [uninstall amvapp, install new amvapp, discover it don't work, get avisynth 2.5, discover plugins dead, get new plugins, discover premiere needs plugin, get said plugin, REDO ALL THE FUCKIN' PROJECT FILES, and then...]

    BOOYAH! A nice and I must say sexier lookin' AVISynth result appears in Premiere. At least my fav plugins come with ver. 2.5.

    UPDATE THE GUIDES FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PLEASE!!!

    Needed to get the new 1.86 DVD2AVI too... Shiet...

    There's a "side series" [good one dumbass Omni, make a series within the series?] with subtitle, "Entrantia" (pronounced Entrance - ia) odd spelling/pronounciation is cool...
