There are 3 factors now to make Black Lagoon downright perfect [and if it gets licensed to a good dubbing company, Praise the Lord!]
1. Love makin'. Yeah baby, a real [if violent sex is what one would call real] love-love scene, no need to be explicit [though it wouldn't hurt]. Please Teacher was propelled quite quickly since it had a more realistic approach to sex rather than DearS immature fanservicey way to it. Black Lagoon could pull off a serious love scene I'm almost certain
2. Action packed ending. Where neither Rock nor Revi [yay, R&R] die like dogs trying to save the other person. I'm up to my gills in tragic endings and nobody ever walks away happy ever watching those... :p
3. Possible 2nd season? Girls Bravo was smart to do it in 2 seasons. Please Series did it well I thought, though the 2nd series touched on incestual relationships [a real turn off to me, but still funny with the bishie gay guy in it too, though he was just faking]
Come on Black Lagoon!! BE WORTHY OF MY ANIME CROWN!!
In other news, I ripped the Grenadier Series for my 4th vid in Soothing Symphonic. Titled: Moment of Life
Though Grenadier is an action series, there are quite a few heart warming scenes and the short song: english version of Everlasting Song, series ending of Elemental Gelad, should fit the series nicely.
