Death of an amv editor...

Not sure how to put this, but I think my amv editing days maybe permanently shot. Work + School + too many new games coming out = dead amv editor.
It's one thing to enjoy editing [which I don't] but it only becomes that much harder the more enjoyable distractions come up.
I probably won't be announcing this in the forums because frankly, who's gonna care? lol
I'll still be posting in the anime and anime screencaps and general anime forums, but right now, I'm no longer in a position to help people in regards to what to do for editing amvs.
Once I get this towing fiasco and retire from working ASAP finished, I'll go back [ya know, time is of the essence and when you don't have much of it, you tend to do what you want, which for me is NOT EDITING superflously complex amvs.]
I'll only edit amvs I think people will love to watch as well as myself. I don't like editing garbage which I think would end up on people's hd's to collect digital dust so to speak. Since my works seem to be declining since Together [seriously, how am I gonna top such a monstrosity], I think I'll see where the newbs will be going.
Hell, the current Best Dance and Best First vid of the year was from a very educated [if not already editor experienced] newbie. My hats off to you. Too bad I'd never win such an award.
Unless I were to kill OmniStrata and make a new type of amv studio [like that's gonna happen]
Been nice knowing ya and my current work, though 90% finished, I hope I'll find a reason to finish it, sadly, not anytime soon. [maybe someone could pick it up?] lol -

removed the limiting 1.5 Gb/s jumper on my new 320G Seagate HDD and BLAM, I added some % of performance and fitness in speedfan's S.M.A.R.T. sensors!
WOOT WOOT!
Not much editing done, but got some exp encoding my beta in H.264 [which by the way beats the panties off any of the other codecs I've seen thus far in terms of compression vs. quality 0_0]
I think I'll release my vids in this format from now on, if I ever get to it, me and my easily distracted self :(
