You pretty much won by this point, which also means you're pretty "some implications of your low mental state here". Yeah, thanks.
The point is, on this site nobody really forces you to watch Shinkai AMVs unless you want to (except when you're a judge in which case you shouldn't be because you're biased anyway, see?). Damn, the sources are clearly written there.
On the other hand, we creators are forced to read your comments, be it in QCs, OPs, threads, etc - because we never know what is in them and there might be something interesting in them. But in the end it isn't and you just cry that we used stuff that we liked (and that's on decline anyway, btw).
But in the end it just comes to what I experience every time when I think of what to edit:
Hey, I could edit to this stuff, it's nicely slow and romantic.
What could I use? Maybe Haruhi... or this serie... or Shinkai.
No, wait, everybody would be mad on me for using Shinkai and being unoriginal.
Why should I even edit this? I can't edit with what I want and be appreciated for it.
I'll rather use that serie...
Is that what you wanted? To separate Shinkai editors from the community, make them feel awkward and make their life uglier? Or ultimately hunt them out of the Org?
Because it seems that's what you're really aiming for, guys. Think about it.
