I need more AMVs! The ones I already have on my little AMV folder, I'm getting bored of those already. Damn, I'm too picky about the ones I'm going to keep >_> Ohai, good editors out there, finish your stuff already O: I wanna see and become addicted again.. Oh, well, I'm not the one to talk.. >_> Kev taught me cool things (and this time not about sex) and I can propably start working on my little Loveless project soon. We'll see if I ever get it finished. Hopefully. Well, at least I have something to work on while downlo.. er.. waiting for my Air footage to come in mail :3
And those who I promised ops, I'm going to start writing them today or tomorrow, depending on my mood. Deffinitely on monday.. Why do I always op vids that I like? That's kinda.. Unfair @.@ Well, gotta start another free op thread sometime. Well, until then, I have three cool vids to op <3 -

@DriftRoot.. Finally :P Not that I would mind your extremely slow editing pace xD That beta you sent me looked intriguing, so I'm looking forward to this one. And perhaps this time I'll read the video description more carefully than your pms x) I think you'll receive some very positive comments, but us nit-picky people will propably complain about not syncing to every beat x) But no worries, it'll turn out good!

On another note, I think downloading Air footage will take a lot longer than I expected. It's kinda bad for editing when you live in two places and keep switching -_- But, on the other hand, I just might learn how to edit by using avs files and start a random Loveless project I could work on whenever I get tired of the bigger Air project. Because I still have Loveless VOBs on my comp. Hey.. This is not a bad idea :O
But now I should study. Math is pain, especially if studying it feels pointless, difficult and dull, and especially when your math finals are coming in three weeks and you have 14 text books to study through, and especially when you stopped concentrating since 7th course and failed your last two courses completely, and especially when you feel like there are other things in your life you should take care of in the first place.. o/ How do you people cope with these things? Or just things in general....
Well, thanks to Scott and my shoegaze discovery, I have loads of new music to listen to at least.. But that often turns out to be waste of precious time :O Plah, I start to sound annoying. Better to just leave it here for now. Cya. -

Had a day off from school today. Not like I have much courses in this on-going period anyway. Yesterday was a party for third-year students as they're about to leave and graduate. Technically, I'm a thrid-year too so I was in, but I'm pro-longing my studies so I won't be graduating now. Well, I had fun anyways. The theme of this year was fairytales and I was dressed up as Puss in Boots (not the Shrek one. Original for the win) Haha, I knew it had to be a cat xD Anyway, the after party was kinda fun too though I ended up being bored in the bar/club where we third-years were in -_- Being drunk is so overrated. It just makes me feel hyper-introverted and I don't want that :| I have enough introspection already. So, no more, please? At least I don't have a hangover =P
I now have a sort of a pattern for my next AMV. Technically, I mean. I was a bit worried it would turn out cookie cutter whoring or spinning triangles again o.o Must..not..let..that..happen.. Anyhow, It's going to be Air with Blonde Redhead and the combination already is something very orgasmic~ Anyway, I wonder how it'll look like when I do my typical oversync and also try to do lyrical syncing at the same time. The ideal pattern wouldlook something like getting the beat sync on the background and vocals on the front. It's a shoegaze song with very dream pop-ish vocals so it'll propably be problematic. Challenge! But I have some ideas already =P
I could add some emo rant here but I'm really not the type. Seriously, "Emong" doesn't mean that >_> But I feel like confessing something.. Nah.. I can't come up with anything interesting >_> Or something meaningless AND interesting, I mean. Like I would give away any of my personal issues. How do people do that anyway? Nah.. As I expected, Only the Ordinary didn't make it to the semifinals as "Most Artistic" >_> Well, that's not a huge loss, but it really deserves that title. At least I can vote for Condemned Memoir to many categories :3 And Chii, Sugardansen is fun, popular and has a lot of colors and effects ---> most artistic. Get it?
I don't think I'll be voting/participating next year. Any outer value given to things kills their inner value. It comes to me like that and I don't like that :/ But I know it still means something to people, so I vote. Won't be doing that next year though. Sorry :| But, even though I disagree with the concept of outer value (as in awards in this case), thanks for taking notice of my videos =)
And what comes to other AMV related things.. I have a few ideas in my head right now. Very good ideas. It's good to have those but on the other hand it's annoying because the majority of my ideas won't get done :/ Right now I'm balancing between Death Note and Air. I'd had to use fansubbed footage for both but it's alright I guess. I'm getting better and better with technical stuff. I have a good song and a concept for both of them though I'm not quite sure what to do with those videos technically, sync-wise.. Hmmmm.. Well, we'll see what happens. I feel like I need to edit something good before I'll start my epic Elfen Lied video :O
