I was so excited and I must say that one editor or anime fan couldn't be satisfied more. I got a total of 12 anime dvds, some manga, figures and a lot more stuff. I'll be sure to enter that con again next year =)

wut the title said...
Yesterday, I counted 15 dvds full of amvs (and it kinda rhymes) and when I go to my downloads, it says:
"You have downloaded 1022 local videos totaling 54.7 GiB", and that's only on local...
Which is probably a lot for someone who's been around here for only a year and started making amvs about 10 months ago... So I decided to make some sort of compilations DVDs which will be sorted by editors' names. Up until now, on each amv dvd there are 2 folders: Top10% videos and other videos. Yeah, I know that's a very stupid way of sorting videos but that's what first came to my mind 10 months ago when I first burned such a dvd... So it became some sort of a habit :|.
Maybe I'll change that habit, who knows, but for now I plan to make 3-4 compilations dvds which would include 75-100 editors and every video of their I downloaded so far. That way, it'll be a lot easier to find a certain video :) -
Codec problems

I spent 3 hours today trying to fix codec problems I had. My editing software wouldn't allow me to import some files in it which really pissed me off, cuz I was hoping I could get some work done on my amv today. I tried all the possible solutions but it wouldn't work until I realized it wasn't a video codec problem but an audio problem. It appeared I didn't have AC3 thing installed (and I thought I had it). Weird... But I'm happy I got that over with.
Now I'm not in the mood to edit :(
