- Had to go the college campus today... 2002-03-13 13:02:26 ...and was reminded of how much I hate bloody Brampton. Suburbs in general (unless really big like Mississauga, which you could argue is too good to be a suburb) suck.

The wind is insane today. Viscious is an understatement. It was so strong sometimes if feels like you are pushing against a 20kg force - pretty bloody strong for something that has no real weight. The apartment shakes too, a little. I can feel it, here on the 16th floor this Sunday afternoon. The wind gusts occasionally rip right through the weatherstripping too. Speaking as someone who's studying Architecture, this is a little discomforting, as I have an idea of the beating the building takes from this.
Today, Toronto is the white desert that Canada is stereotyped as... even though there isn't actually much snow on the ground, just a thin spread on the surface that doesn't show much. -

I received a CD in the mail today. Japan import, a J-Rock CD, Showtaro Morikubo's "Zui". Who? Well, he did the Rockman X6 OP themes if you've played that game. The CD only had 1 track that I thought wasn't so good, so it is a recommended CD IMO (CPCA-1054 for those looking for it, I got it from CD Japan).
Of course, this has spawned new ideas for the future in AMVs. However, until I attempt some lyrics translations I'm not gonna start saying anything for sure, but I have been able to pick parts out already that should hopefully make good potential vid ideas ^^. Muahahaha.
Regardless of what I'm doing with tracks for this CD, it is going to be difficult. I'm planning to get some practice with another vid of similar style of music (however that vid will be using a song from the english world =P).

There was something I wanted to write in this thing but the server was down and I didn't write it elsewhere. Dopey me.
Been studying some programming languages to sorta diversify a little. It's nothing that could be considered advanced really, but it still broadens my ability to some extent, so experimenting is all good =P. What this probably does more than anything is allow to organize code a _lot_ better. I have not been looking at PHP, though I'm probably able to understand it now if I study it ^^
Been surfing around the Japanese side of the web lately... man I need to get to know someone in Japan x.x. - Digging own grave... 2002-02-25 13:46:58 -.-... I have _no_ self-control/restraint sometimes... but I'll think of something... hopefully.
