A different Journal has begun. This one is however not to be released until mid next year, at which point, the Journal will be complete. It is a journal that will be watching the progress of a personal project that others might be interested in if it is a successful, which will be found out before I release it obviously =P. I shoulda started it 6 months ago, but it was this Journal that sorta led to the idea that I should document what I'm doing on this, that plus the suggestion of a freind of mine that sorta wanted to do a briefer thing of the same idea. It's kinda nice, maybe even convenient. We'll see, it should be getting busy about now anyways >:D. Muahahaha
Hmmm, D-Boy and Miyu were at a tie the other day... but Miyu still leads by a hair... I'm really interested in the running of these two as it is my first video vs. my best video. My first video was pretty good, IMO (hey, I submitted it to a con), but D-Boy should blow it away... maybe I just think that because it is one of my favorite bands. Nerf Herders is good, but Scooter OWNZ. Nevermind the fact that it is also my all time fave anime. The problem with D-Boy;Destiny Boy is that you have to know Tekkaman Blade TV and OVA pretty well to get the full effect, but anyone can enjoy it as just an AMV too. As I've said before in the vid comments, my vids always have something for just the fans. I guess I run a unique type of "fanservice" of my own(no, not that kind of fanservice, haul that mind out of the gutter =P. Na, keep it there, I'll join you in 5 minutes). This makes me really interested in tracing my progress as an AMVC when I actually have something to trace, like maybe 6 vids? That'll be a while, as usual.
I hope I manage to pull the Trance project, that looks like it is gonna turn out wicked, I'm lucky to be able to be a part of it, and the video should be pretty intense. Some info has been leaked in the forums but not much. I'm gonna enjoy it but it is gonna be a challenge too. Luckily I should have time to do what is needed. I have enough footage to study, but I need to also obtain a real version of the footage ^^'''. It shouldn't be a problem once I know what I need. Man, I think far ahead in detail sometimes. Well, it should make me more reliable in the end ^~. I hope.
And now, back to studying for tomorrow's major test! WOO... *cricket...cricket...cricket* yeah. -

So I'm taking a shot at the banner thingy.
It's been a dull weekend. I didn't even get that little bit of RPing that was to be arranged :/. On the plus side though, I've been making a lot of progress on a personal (i.e. non-school related) project, but no, it is not an AMV.
A new idea has been growing on me now. Yes, yet another one. This one is a Tribute idea... but the scope I don't think has been done. It will be a project I would be proud to unleash... but it will be a half-year minimum before I can actually get it off the drawing boards. EVEN THEN, source material is gonna be somewhat of a challenge... plus, I need outside help. It'll be fun but it will be a real challenge, not just to do, but to do properly.
Some would say this should apply to any AMV... I agree with that. But this one could be worse if it goes wrong...no it is not WTC related.
I'm considering proposing a mascot idea to Phade, I know he was out to commission an artist but I don't know if he did or not. I may try to whip up a good drawing (I've had 3 attempts that have all had something go wrong) this week hopefully... we'll see. I don't think I can produce a colour one within the week... so I may submit just the inked v.
The semester is over in a month and a bit... I need to make sure I've got work setup for when the new year kicks in, or I could have real problems. This has been happy time. Good night ^_^. -

Hmm, a 2-hour math class has ended after 2 deca-minutes. Hmm. This leaves me with over 1 and a half hours before I have to leave to catch my bus, which is an infrequent express bus, to get home. Right Now, I'm wishing I had Premiere on this computer... but I'm still waiting to have photoshop on this bugger. Yare yare. OH, OH, OH, I KNOW, Review time!
And I've already written 2 today so far... let's clear out some backlog. -

D-Boy Destiny Boy and Miyu the Shinma Slayer are running a close race in terms of interest based on the hit count, if that's accurate to base interest on.
I find this a little interesting. Miyu the Shinma Slayer has a far easier/wider appeal, but D-Boy Destiny Boy is my best video in terms of theme and such. Which one wins? Real effort to produce something with substance, or giving into what fans know and love?
Hehe, I don't even have to ask "would you like to take a survey" this way =P.

The good news on top of this though is that the Irregulars vid sorta goes both ways on this issue. Fun fun fun, which means the word could potentially spread... na. -
