  • X6 IS SUBTITLED! 2001-12-17 11:23:51 Yes, Rockman X6, or Mega Man X6 as it would be referred to here, is SUBITLED IN ENGLISH for its release over here. Capcom has learned that dubbing sucks. CONGRATULATIONS. I've been whining to a friend or to about the fact that I don't need to import, but I think to myself that if there's a lot of subtitle usage, that means a lot of cut scenes, and the PSX can't turn the subs on and off, only the PS2 can. So it may be worth my while after all (GOODIE >=D). X6 is gonna be EPIC! I'm definatey gonna see if I can use it for the Irregulars video.

    GAMERS, BE PROUD! The subbed format is finally taking over in video games! Justice to the original Japanese versions WILL be preserved! Watered down North-American BS will fade out and die! 
  • Scatterbrained 2001-12-16 22:46:35 I have absolutely no clue what my next project will be. I have a list to choose from, and I can't decide. It's starting to get on me nerves. Drama, NRG, Trance, Techno, ah screw it, I'll go on holidays and enjoy myself before I try to get this cleared =P.

    My creativity, when out of control, is my bane.

    Though I have lopped off an idea from the to-make list, and it was one of the SM vids... found a page with the lyrics... and ended up reconsidering... especially after finding out the song had been used. 
  • Erk... that can't be... 2001-12-09 15:57:05 Ok, I'm officially hopeless. I never thought it'd get to this, but it may end up happening that I'll do an SM video sometime. Just today the imagery a song has been pounding through my head is making the temptation strong (and this song has been playing several times today as I've had a 8-song playlist playing on repeat shuffle since 9am). That's the second really good idea that's crossed my mind SM themed (well, specific C actually). I never thought I'd make a freaking SM video X_X. But now the ideas have gotten too strong... I blame the forum for this *LOL*. It's related slightly to that thread that was talking about "finishing" what Will M. started... I don't look at it like that though, I have no intentions of doing the whole set (ooo, that came out wrong... mind goes deeper and deeper into the gutter). Yes, I'll only 2-time, not 5-time or more =P. *LOL*

    One of the vids will be really intense, the other one deep... ironically both terms I'd use on the characters the vids will focus on, respectively... ok, these really are good ideas... scary =P.

  • Romanized japanese doesn't get attention 2001-12-09 10:20:50 Seeing the new Irregulars vid quickly getting interest, I see that it is catching up fast to Kyoudaigenka. I'm guessing that the title is just too obscure being in Japanese for anyone to be interested (as not enough people have heard of Scooter as well). So I've changed it, also updating the description a little bit. Now the english title appears first, Japanese bracketed after. I think this might change things. The only other catch is that they may think it's your typical crap fight video... I don't think it's "typical crap" IMNSHO.

    I still think I'll try to clean up the lip flap before I release it. Everything else I will leave as is (even that slight continuity slip >.<). 
  • Chaos and Hope 2001-12-08 14:17:22 Well, it's the final week of school. This means exams and final assignments and little sleep over the next week, after which, I will be going into hibernation for a weekend or a whole week...straight (168 HOURS of sleep). I have to clean up the mistakes of a complete fucking idiot on a major project to make things more fun.

    On a brighter note, I've found out that my difficulties in obtaining the CD that I want to use for the epic trance project can be attributed to one simple fact: THE RELEASE DATE GOT PUSHED BACK! Sheesh, and here I was wondering why such a recent release couldn't be obtained =P. I have to wait until mid January now.

    In my desperation, I might have ended up with a duplicate copy in the end... but I know a place where I can sell it easily... extremely easily. Hehe.

    And I still have the work angle to worry about when I return in January. On the 17th, it's out of the country I go to join my parents in Europe for the holidays. I'm back in Toronto to party on New Years though >=D.
