Goin into New Haven soon to hang out with my cousin while my mom goes to some meetings ^_^ yay! then we're all going out to lunch, then me and me mum are heading to Ikea to get me some shelves and a cd tower, and maybe some other stuff if something strikes my fancy. But I had to wake up at 8:30 o_O so early.. oh well... guess I'm getting ready for school..
speaking of school, here's something semi-related. Liz wants me to babysit every Monday night as well as evey Friday night... so that means I'll be making an extra $60. She said I could find out where the bus comes, or she could just give me a ride in the morning. Which totally rocks. I'm gonna try it out and see if it isn't too much of a problem for me in school, and if it isn't, I'll be rollin in the moneys.
I was at my friend Sara's the other night, and I was trying out her electric guitar, it was soooo much better than my crappy old acoustic (that's cause my neck is warped... and it makes it hard to push the strings down all the way) so I was talking to Sara, and she said that I could get a starter pack or something like that for $300. So I figured it would take me about 2 weeks to save up all the money... it took me 2 days. Cause Liz had me babysit on Monday, and my aunt paid me $150 for petsitting this weekend (only 4 days! that's so much money!) and I got a paycheck... I'm gonna get the Fender Squire Strat pack. Comes with lots of cool stuff like a guitar, mini-amp, cords, case, tuner, gig-bag, and picks. But the problem is, my parents won't let me use their credit cards, cause they say they're trying to pay them off -_- Oh how I want an electric guitar! *cry* I can't wait until I'm able to buy it *excited*

Went to the mall yesterday... once again gave into my shopping impulses -_- I bought 2 CDs, Modest Mouse - Good News For People Who Love Bad News, which was only 9.99, and The Pixies - Come On Pilgrim, which was only 11.99! Also purchased a new Nirvana poster for my ceiling, and a pair of pants and a skirt. The skirt is really cute, I wore it to the fair yesterday.
The fair was a lot of fun, before I went, I headed to my friend Kate's house, who lives right down the road from the fair grounds. It's the first time I've seen her all summer and it was really fun, she just got back from Australia and she got me a stuffed Wallabe, his name is Wally =P
Sidetrack: I'm talking to my friend Tony as I write this, and he was like "Float On would be a better song if it wasn't so repetative" he didn't even know I was listening to it as he said that! it was really creepy
anyway, so fair with Kate. So we met up with Kayleigh at the fair, and a grande time was had by all. I picked up soda cans from the ground and took the tabs off them, and I even took them off the top of the garbage, I got a lot of funny looks, it was hilarious. This one girl who was running one of hte rides was kinda looking at me as I took the ones from the top of the garbage, so I was like "DON'T JUDGE ME!" and she kinda shrugged, and it was really funny. We wanted to meet up with Sara, but she had to work, and she didn't get home till like... 15 minutes before the fair closed, so we just met at her house. She literally lives right across the street from the fair grounds, so me and kate hung out with her for a while.
Today I'm going back to the fair with Sara and probably gonna meet Tony there. Then I'm gonna sleep over at Sara's and she's gonna teach me guitar stuff. I stayed up till 1:00 last night trying to learn the main bassline to the Pixies song, Gigantic, it's pretty simple, but my fingers are so small, it's hard to play. I really wish my guitar had a smaller neck, I wanna get an electric guitar, cause they are a little quieter then the acoustics (as long as you're not using an amp...) and I think the necks might be a little smaller... maybe that's my imagination... I could always get a custom guitar, but I'm sure that would be like... a bajillion dollars. Now I have 2 things to add to my list of things I need to buy: a guitar tuner, and new strings for my guitars. The tuners for a couple of the strings on my righty guitar are really stiff, like... when I try to tune my guitar... I'm sweating cause I'm trying to hard to turn the tuner... I love attempting to play guitar, and I'm gonna practice a lot so I can get better ^_^
Oh, I just realized something sad =( Brian leaves for college today! *cry* I hung out with him for a couple hours on Thursday, he finally got to see my kitten, and he attempted to tune my guitar, and he played some things, and it was really fun to just hang out one last time. Once I get my lisence I'm gonna go visit him ^_^ aw, I miss him already =(
I've been saying lately that I don't wish school would start, but I'm beginning to get bored of summer. And then, all of a sudden, I'm busy! Friday was babysitting, yesterday was babysitting in the morning, Kate's in the late afternoon, fair at night, today is fair in the afternoon, Sara's at night, tomorrow is nothing, BUT the season finale of The Assistant is on! woo! Then on Wednesday, I'm going to New Haven to hang out with my cousin for a couple hours while my mom goes to some meetings at work, and then me and my mom are going to Ikea ^_^ I can't wait to go there! I love home decorating stuff, and we're gonna get me some shelves and a cd tower/rack thing... But I'm also really excited to see my cousin, even though I just hung out with him last week. I get to see him 5 times a year if I'm lucky, and this will be the second time I've seen him in 2 weeks! yay ^_^
alright, I've written quite a bit, so I'll stop now, and get back to my guitaro ^_^ I'm out -

Here's a list of good things that happened today
1. I got my braces off (FINALLY!)
2. My dad bought me $9 of very chewy break-your-braces-type candy =P
3. My dad gave me his 2 old acoustic guitars!
4. I finally got to drive my benz! it handles like a dream!
5. I finally watched Kill Bill 2
6. I got another opinion on my AMV
7. I made plans to hang out with Brian before he goes away to college ^_^
All in all, an excellent day! Last night my cousin slept over too, we played DDR and it rocked. we watched Hidalgo and The Boondock Saints, and we stayed up and just had a grand 'ol time until 4:30 in the morning. It was a lot of fun!
Everyone is going back to college soon =( Jason leaves tomorry... and Brian leaves on the 29th... *cry* but I'm hanging out with Brian on friday =D yay! I don't think we've hung out at all this summer... except when we went to the airport together...
well, I'm off to watch The Butterfly Effect! I'm out

I just watched Insomniac Tokyo... and god damn... that was the best hour of television EVER. I mean... wow...! Now I really wanna go to Japan... Jamie is going next summer... I'm jealous, I told him to get me all the weird stuff from vending machines that he could. I want booze, bras, panties, porn... all that fun stuff! not like I'd ever use any of it... I just want it so I can say "this is from a VENDING MACHINE in Japan"
Other than that, I cleaned my room for several hours today... it's immaculate! I'm so happy ^_^ I'm a neat freak... but I don't really like cleaning... so usually I'm just disgusted with my room, but today I had a lot of free time, so I cleaned it, and now... yay... clean!
I didn't babysit last night -_- Liz decided not to go to work for one reason or another... so that means I didn't have work... and I didn't get paid... bah! so uh... yeah... now I don't have enough money to buy my computer. Which is alright, cause I'm sure I can make the rest of the money later this week... and it's not like I was gonna buy my computer right now anyway, since there's other stuff I want, and should be saving for. In fact, I think I'm not gonna spend any money until I buy my car cd player, that is, unless I'm going out with friends or something (not to the mall... but like, to the movies, or mini-golfing, or some other fun event that requires opening up the wallet)
Well, I think I'm gonna go decorate an envelope... I'm out -

I preordered Pressure Chief, the new Cake album... yay! I got a paycheck yesterday... but I worked for 45 minutes more than I got paid for... grr... oh well, I'm sure if I just explain my aunt will understand and she can add it to next weeks check. I've been working so much this week, I'm just exhausted. This is my day:
Attempt to wake up by 8:30, but too tired, so don't get up till 9:00
Get to work by 9:30
Work to about 12:30 or 2:30
Go home
Eat Lunch
Take nap... or attempt too
Wake up around 7:00
Eat dinner
Do chores
Watch tv
Attempt to fall asleep, but either can't sleep because of nap, or kitten keeps me awake.. fall asleep around 3:00
do it all over again on very little sleep
But I had today off! which rocks! So last night, me and Chris went to his friend (and my friend) Lauren and Rachel's "birthday" party. But it's really their half birthday. (My half birthday too! me and Lauren have the same birthday) So we talked, went swimming, and played trivial pursuit. My team was me, Chris, Jason, and Jesse, and we won! yay! I answered two questions that got us pie pieces ^_^ yay! We got home after 2:00 o_O and so I slept until 11:30. Maybe a little later I'll play some DDR, then take a shower and head off to babysitting to make some more money ^_^ and whoa! I just realized I'll have enough money to pay for my computer! weee! But I don't thikn I'm gonna buy it just yet, I wanna save more money so I can buy my car CD player, and before I know it, Christmas will be upon me (yeah, I'm already thinking about it) and I wanna head to Montana again this December... so that's like... another $500... ah! where is all this money gonna come from?! especially since school is gonna start soon, and I won't have as much time to work.
I've got a pretty hectic schedule for school, but luckily I only have 2 academic classes in the first semester, but they're difficult, Spanish 4 and Chem Study o_O but that means only 2 classes with homework, and the spanish teacher is pretty easy, so I don't think he'll give us much homework... after I get my lisence, I'm thinking of applying for a job at aeropstale... but I don't know if I'll get it, because I've never worked in a store before... but ya never know!
alright, enough of my pointless babble. I'm out
