I should be working on that live action home video I promised one of my friends, but I think Imma warm up first. Well, I should get back to ed- edit- eding, no. Etiding edeting editeng iditing idioting, dieting, dieting? No, e-dieting? Edit, ing, editing, yeah, editing. Editing. I should get back to doing that before I get sidetracked or something. I never knew I had golf clubs

Okay, so I was in Nome, right. I was in this fancy hotel (very fancy, though none that fancy exists in Nome yet) and I told my friends I was gonna play some golf. With Tory and Grant. In the middle of the night. So we get our golf clubs and went outside the hotel and dropped the balls. Ping pong balls. In the entrance. We started swinging and thus the game of golf started. We hit the balls in a particular direction, North, then northwest and finally west. The entrance where we started was facing east. We played on the streets during live traffic, though occasionally the ball landed in someone's lawn/backyard. The ping pong balls would go 50-100 feet at a time, which is strange since they never dent, broke, or their direction wasn't affected by the wind. When we got to point where the road was narrowed and there were bodies of water on each side, Tory got a call from Kari who sounded pissed. About the same time it started to rain. We gathered our gear and started walking. We weren't walking back, we continued heading west. It didn't take long, maybe a couple more drives and we woulda arrived at our destination. Well, if we were lucky enough and didn't land in the water hazard. We went to this hotel, which was the same hotel we left. The exact same hotel, in a different location. It was exactly the same, including the same people inside. Tory and Grant had to go to their rooms, and I told em I have to meet up with some friends. After that I woke up.
Yeah, it was a dream of playing golf with the guys from Mythbusters in the middle of the night in the streets with ping pong balls. It was actually pretty fun.

Now I'm gonna spend the next couple days wondering where it went.
Had a dream where I was playing a Mario game. Not just any game, it was like Super Mario World and Mario 64 put together, only with PS3 graphics. The world and levels looked original, though they mighta been the SMW and Mario64 worlds smooshed together. Went through a secret pipe on the overworld that lead me to a place that isn't reachable when going through the level by itself. It was a lil floating island with a hut on it, and in front of the hut was a question mark box that doesn't unquestion itself, or whatever ya wanna call it. Every time you hit it, a random colored Yoshi pops out. The only way to get off the island was to get a flying Yoshi who gets its wings by having something in it's mouth, but you have to abandon it if ya wanna get off the island without dying. So if ya wanna get off the island with a Yoshi you must jump on the color Yoshi ya want then jump on the blue colored Yoshi, though I'm not sure how that actually worked, since my brother and I were arguing about that in the dream.
I need to play some games. But I need to edit. Damn. I wonder how my multi-tasking skills are... - hmhmhmhmmm 2008-10-19 05:53:51 Was able to play Gerudo Valley without looking at the tabs. Now I just gotta learn to play it as fast without any mistakes. I almost mastered it, but then I went to college :/ I can play the Overworld theme as fast, if I warm up correctly, first. I also remembered how to play the intro to Stairway to Heaven, though it took a couple tries to remember. I only know the intro, to lazy to learn the whole thing :/ Used to be able to play the intro to Blackbird. Or was it Blue Bird? Damnit can't remember. But I did remember how to play the Spanish Ballad. Most of it, had to look up the tab for it :/ Can't play it as fast as I was able to. Would be much easier on a electric guitar, but unfortunately I don't have one. One of my friends freaked out when I first played it on his electric at his place. He played a CD (can't remember which artist though) which had it as a hidden track if I remember correctly, and I was surprised how fast he played it. Tried playing it as fast but I made too many mistakes. Eventually I was able to play it faster, but not as fast. I gotta start playing the guitar more often. Maybe...
