Another hmm
2008-11-18 22:39:37
I never expected to get back online this quick. Awesome. Liking the new forum, just missing the member's main page link and how it was a fixed width.
I learned some things while internetless. Never try to climb on an aluminum roofing while it has snow on it. Though common sense says I should already know that, but I guess I needed a reminder. Got a scar, though. Not an awesome scar that I can say I got from wrestling a polar bear because he got mad from being a sore loser at Mario Kart. Or fending off ice ninjas and snow pirates or something of the sort.
It feels as if I forgotten something...

It appears a few things have been overlooked on my behalf. Shucks darn :/

23 years has past since I was born
2008-11-14 00:55:46
w00t. I guess. I wiki'd the date I was born, and a volcano erupted in South America and killed about 23,000 people. Well, damn. Also, William Leonard Pereira died too. Also, Xavier Suarez is sworn in as Miami, Florida's first Cuban-born mayor. Other than the year 1985, a bunch of other stuff happened, but doesn't really seem too interesting to me. In the year 1002, the English king Ethelred orders the killing of all Danes in England, known today as the St. Brice's Day massacre. In 1775, during the American Revolutionary War, Patriot revolutionary forces under Col. Ethan Allen attack Montreal, Quebec defended by British General Guy Carleton. In 1887, the Bloody Sunday clashes in central London. Ooh, something Alaska related. In 1909, Collier's magazine accuses U.S. Secretary of the Interior Richard Ballinger of questionable dealings in Alaskan coal fields. Quite a few other things happened, but doesn't seem too interesting to me.
I do share the same birthday (and year) as Asdrúbal Cabrera, a Venezuelan baseball player. Someone who I never heard of :/ Also, (but not in the same year) as King Edward III of England, William Shenstone, English poet, Dorothea Erxleben, German, first female medical doctor, Jiaqing, Emperor of China, Iskander Mirza, First President of Pakistan, Edward Buzzell, American film director (who died January 11, 1985), Motoo Kimura, Japanese geneticist, Masahiro Hasemi, Japanese racing driver, Tracy Scoggins, American actress who was in Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman and Babylon 5 (two shows I never watched), Whoopi Goldberg, Jimmy Kimmel, Monique Coleman, and Jibbs. w00t, I guess :/

On the minus side
2008-11-12 22:42:00
But before I get to the minus side, Happy Bday to Minion. Even though the likely chance of Minion reading this is probably just as likely someone dling The MEP nowadays, although I'm unsure of that too. So yeah, happy Bday and everything.
Oh, and before the minus side again, happy moving to Wurpess and Immorrel. Or, good luck with the moving, which probably makes more sense. Or wait, their internets are down. Well, good luck anyways.
Org doesn't seem the same without the forum. I find it coincidental that deviantart was also doing a maintenance thing. I'm unsure if their's was scheduled or not, though they're back online and stuff. Also coincidentally, my internets turned on the crappy side, too. It was down for a day before i realized how to fix it, and when I did the Org was down. But yeah, can't even dl a megabite without it timing out, even in DTA. And even in DTA gotta restart the dl rather starting where it timed out. Fsck yeah :/
Maybe this is a sign or something. Maybe, hmm, let's see... Well, whatever the sign is, Ace of Base probably saw it and they opened up their eyes and stuff. Hmm. Maybe I need new glasses, considering the ones I got I had for 4 years. I been meaning to, but there isn't a Lens Crafters around or anything :/
