  • So I lied 2009-03-09 22:16:50 Ended up skirmishing the whole weekend. All is not lost though. Campaigns=slow, China>USA>GLA, though USA ain't ahead by much. Was skirmishing one game for two hours straight before I realized what time it was. Those damn GLA are pretty persistent. Wipe out all but a single building, go raid again, and it's all popularized again. Kinda glad it's an unofficial map, considering every time I raid, there's just about 100 units of each kind just waiting, though the Paladins take out alot before they're taken down. And all they do is send a single specialty unit to snipe out a few drivers. I notice they do that on nonofficial maps, just make a thousand units and sit there, unlike official maps where they actually try to take you over. Well, they do launch their superweapons until it's taken out, then they really do just sit there.

Maybe I'll skirmish a couple more times, though the replay value is starting to dwindle. Busy post office is busy. Maybe I'll get to editing tonight, but first I might need some motivation.
  • lol 2009-03-07 19:35:24 Okay, so I watched the Dragonball Evolution trailer for the first time (on the s-complex), and I couldn't stop laughing my ass off. not at the trailer per-se, although the actor playing Goku did seem kinda funny, but mostly at the comments about the movie. If it ever does show at the theatre 80 miles away from here, I'm definitely gonna try to go there just to watch it just to say I watched it in theatres. Possibly for the shits n giggles, and possibly because the lil DB/DBZ fan that's still in me wants to, just to see how it fares (or was it fairs?) out. I was a pretty big DB/DBZ fan, and if possible I'd probably watch the series again if the opportunity showed up. But alas, the chances are small, considering only a select number of movies do play, and the movies that do play has already been shown in theatres for about a week or so. Plus I don't think I'd be able to afford it. Shucks darn.

Turns out Generals isn't so bad. Well, I just Skirmished, but it didn't seem too bad. Maybe I'll give the campaign one more chance...
  • Darnit 2009-03-06 05:28:44 You're, not your. Imma lozin mah grammar skillz. But I guess it doesn't really matter. At least I never confused losing with loosing.

Looks like Imma be editing this weekend. Doesn't seem the weather's gonna allow any mail tomorrow. Oh well. I definitely need to finish that one video. Maybe then I can finally move onto something else. Like finishing my other betas. Or, more like, remaking the betas. w00t.
  • If your fond of 2009-03-05 21:49:04 Nothing really. I just have that song stuck in my head.

I can't believe how much nothing I accomplished so far this week. Well, I've been reading Pictures for Sad Children, and skirmishing every now and then. Can't really get into Tiberium Sun. I guess I'm just a Red Alert kinda guy.

Most likely gonna start editing again tomorrow, if my stuff doesn't come by then,,,
  • Ya know 2009-03-03 03:38:16 Looking at my profile and my bandwidth usage, I don't really see a pattern. But then again, I only have four vids, and only 181 all-time total usage. w00t. Within the last year, there was a whopping 20 downloads. Squall's Megamix had the most with a 7 followed by Seiferoth with 6, Rinoa's Midnight Walk with 4 and last but not least, Unspoken Numbness with 3. All within the last year. What seems strange is Seiferoth has the most star counts with 50, Unspoken Numbness with 42, Squall's Megamix with 28, and Rinoa's Midnight Walk with 20. That's a total of 140, which means 41 people hasn't star rated yet. 22.65% of the total downloads haven't been rated yet. Hmm. I haven't received a QC since Jun 24, 2007, and an opinion since Aug 30, 2006, Which I ain't really surprised at, since I haven't released anything since 2006 and it doesn't really bug me or anything.

weird dream last night. It was like outta DBZ Shin Budokai (or whichever other DBZ Game), except there were characters from Bleach in it. One of the matches was Frieza against Captain Kyouraku Shunsui (or was it the other way around ??). They were exchanging blows until the the Captain started meditating. He started glowing a golden aura and levitating and would stay the exact distance away from Frieza, He started chanting what sounded like Kamehameha, though I don't know for sure and Frieza would start shooting those little energy balls at him so the gauge would run out, though they had no effect on the Captain. When the Captain finished, Frieza still had some energy left, and all of a sudden flower petals grew outta his neck and surrounded his face. He would move slowly only being able to punch and kick and it would slowly waste away his energy until it ran out, then the petals welted. Nevertheless he was defeated in the end.

Another battle I remember was Uryuu against Gotenks. Uryuu would shoot his arrows while Gotenks dodge em and expend his energy by charging around (or whatever it's called). he'd get exhausted, then Uryuu would charge his arrow yelling something as he released it, but Gotenks would counter it, move a distance behind Uryuu and do the Galactic Donut Atttack, and then he would flick Uryuu's nose and give him wet willies and stuff until the Galactic Donut Attack wore out. He would repeat this until the timer runs out. There were a couple other battles, but I don't remember them very good. One of em was Hercule against Don Kanonji, but I don't remember much :/

So, yeah. Awesome dreams :/ It's been awhile since I played Shin Budokai, and last Saturday's episode was the first one in awhile, though, it doesn't seem much has advanced in the storyline. w00t.
