- My synopsis of Dissidia so far 2009-09-13 02:28:35 I have beaten ten stories and working on Shade Impulse (3rd level), stopped now since my batteries died :| The individual story lines coulda been better, but I guess it would've been hard to tie in ten different series together and make sense of it. There coulda been less dramatic pauses and more dramatic exclamations, though. And more/longer cutscenes, too. On some of them, I was like, dude, wtf. Is that all? Don't really have any favorites at the moment, but I prefer WoL, Onion Knight, or Squall, so far. Haven't tried the villians, only Ultimecia and CoD a lil. And apparently, I been mispronouncing Ultimecia, Tidus and Zidane incorrectly. More later, maybe.

Ultimecia is so damn sexy. I mean, uh... What I meant was... Ultimecia is so damn sexy. Darnit. Dissidia is just one big FFgasm. Maybe two. Those who hasn't played the series probably wouldn't get what the big deal is, but it is quite interesting. But then again, I have only completed one story and about halfway through another. Just wish the roster was bigger. Too much of a sausage fest. I would choose Fujin over Squall, Yunalesca over Jetch, etc. etc. I'd probably choose Cloud over Tifa, Aeris, and Yuffie, since I'm pretty much tired of them, though my chances of choosing Cloud is already slim. I would choose Zach, on the other hand. Can't say much about the others, since I haven't played them, but I'm looking forward to what Kefka and Cloud of Darkness has to offer.

I think, guy07 was in my dream. Why he was in my dream, I dunno, but it was one of my weirder dreams in a long while.
Dissidia is fuckin' sexy. Well, Ultimecia, Cloud of Darkness, and Terra, at least. Makes me want to pick the other FF games I missed, particularly II, III, and VI. Although I probably should finish VII, VIII and X first. I am on the last disc on VII and VIII, and fighting Seymour inside Sin (though I think I may be underleveled to face him). Maybe I'll try to beat VII, VIII and X after Dissidia is completed... -

whether it be a remake/reedit, something new, live action, or a GMV, I shall release something by end of the year.
I been playing quite a bit of Brawl lately. Pity I can't play online. Well, I could but it isn't recommended. Dissidia should be here soon, as well as a couple other things.
Don't remember editing since the last journal entry, or even the one before it, but I plan to. Some day, some day. For now, I shall finish a few things.

I gotta stop having caffeinated drinks after 11:00 PM on a work night (that doesn't sound quite right...). I think I've gotten too used of the "normal routine" :/ Wake up get up work eat up work go home eat up wait for the weekend etc. etc. I wish there were more to do around here, but can't do much without a ride or anything. I miss the college days ;_; But alas, the times have changed, choices have been made, etc. etc. Iunno. Almost that time of the year. Perhaps then the cycle can be broken even for just a moment. Breaks are nice, and I need one.
Well, I should try to catch some ZZZs. Now where's that net cannon...
