Get back from working with my mom at 12:30 and she is compelled to watched the VMAs. Something about watching Madonna, Christina, and Britney make out doesn't interest me... and from the look on Justin's face, I'm not alone.
I added Chichiri, Tasuki, Kouji, Nuriko, Ryuichi, Takeshi, and two surprises to my AMV. Sure, one of them isn't human or shaped like a human, but they still have pretty eyes... I've already said too much.
My sister went back to college. Finally I get the entire upstairs to myself again... for... until October. When she comes back home in a few weeks she is bringing Yuki. That'll be a trip... Yuki's great and all, but he's only coming up here to see the one-eyed cat named Seichiro. XD
I bought a Vash x Knives pin commission at Otakon from the artist alley. I didn't realize until after paying that the girl may be ripping people off... I sure hope she wasn't though since she seemed really nice. She said I would get the pin in two weeks... I hope I wasn't ripped off... The pin should be adorable. What's the matter with a little twincest? -

CNAnime was great, but it would have been better had my sister not been such a brat. Every half hour she had to take a nap. I wanted to do a bunch of workshops and see a bunch of shows and she was just like... NO. And since we only had one cellphone I couldn't really go alone.
At Otakon I bought Trigun Maximun 1 - 8, a Sephiroth fan art for my roommate, a Kyou fan art for myself, a Vash keychain, a Sakura keychain, a Trigun wallscroll of Vash and Knives... and... I can't remember what else.
At CNAnime I bought Trigun manga 1 - 3, a Vash varient doll, the Trigun art book, a Trigun poster of Vash and Knives of my favorite Trigun picture: Vash holding Wolfwood's cross, crouched down with his gun in the air and Knives' profile behind him, a .hack//dusk poster of the entire cast, a Chobits Chii poster of her in a pretty dress sitting in some bushes, and a Mewtwo keychain since Mewtwo is adorable.
I'm working on a new video now. It's to "In Your Eyes" by Kylie Minogue. I stuffed Vash, Legato, Knives, Wolfwood, Sesshomaru, Inu Yasha, Hisoka, Tsuzuki, Muraki, Van, Dilandau, Spike, Vicious, Tidus, Auron, Ayame, Kazuma, Kyou, Haru, Shigure, Hatori, Kamui, Yue, Yukito, Touya, Shuichi, and Eiri in one video. And that's when it's only 2/3 done. I'm hoping on getting Chichiri, Nuriko, Tasuki, Suboshi, Amiboshi, Tomo, Hotohori, Yuuhi, Aki, and Shimbo, among others, into it too. -
The Day Before

So it's finally time. Today is the day for last minute preperations before the long trip to Otakon! All that's left to do is go to the bank, give my friend the updated info, do the finishing touches on Vash and Ritsu, pack, and style my Amiboshi wig. After planning this trip for over a year and going through various costume idea changes, it's finally time. My Vash costume is unique, my Ritsu costume is one of a kind, and my Amiboshi costume is... just there.
On top of everything else, I get an enitre week off work to relax. The only positive thing about hotel housekeeping is that I get plenty of time alone to daydream about what video concept I should do next and how to continue my Trigun Fan Fic "Boku." If, by chance, anybody's read it... I swear I'll continue it after Otakon is over. I'll also make my top secret Fruits Basket video. >=) All original footage, storyboarded out to the smallest detail, drafts written and re-written. Trully this video will be my greatest accomplishment to date.
Anybody going to Otakon? If so, be sure to look for me! I'll be handing out cards with a bunch of my usernames from different sites such as Cosplay Lab, Fan Fiction.net and... AMV.org. As if you didn't already know that. o.O
I am going as Vash on Friday. I know there is always a sea of Vash's, but I hope mine stands out. Just look for the hair and you'll find me! Saturday is the Jyuunishi Challenge and the Fruits Basket Cosplay. A group of us are doing different Fruits Basket characters. You have to glomp all of us to get pins of our animal forms and then trade them in for a prize at the end of the day. However, if you try to glomp us when Akito is around, you'll be unsuccessful! He can keep you from getting your pin. We are also doing the Cosplay. It's going to be a comedy.. so watch! Then the last day I am going to be Amiboshi and my sister is going to be Suboshi. I think my friend is going as Dark Tamahome and my sister's roommate is pinning a blue bow on her to be a Yui. XD
I guess I have to start on my list of things to do now... Time is short! Leaving at 8 AM tomorrow morning.
