You know what? After talking it over with my friends at the Mountain Dew dance, we've decided that it took an amazing amount of awesomeness and a little bit of Lin-Wood skills to be able to place 3rd out of 2 schools. So Now I am Tyler: 90% Awesome, 10% Lin-Wood skills.
Yeah. That's probably not gonna catch on. Eh. I like it. -

So SLC was fun...until it got....not...fun. Fun points:
*I got over my fear of public speaking!
*We were right next to the Verizon Center.
*Pizza the Hut!
*sleep number beds.
Not fun:
*the tackling.
*angry, sick roommates.
And then something just really ticked me off. Now, we did competitions, and mine was Digital Video production. There were only two schools doing that one, mine included. Guess who got third? Me. The other school got first. It makes absolutely no sense. I was about to do something about it, but I thought against it. There was a couple other cases like that, but there was one that really got to me, other than my own. This one guy was in a program thing, and was the only person in it. He got second place. Is blue ribbon more expensive than red? And is red more expensive than white? Just give the guy first place!
Other than that, I had a great time tackling people, cracking jokes, eating pizza for breakfast, and spending all of my money. And stuff. -

So Winter Carnival's finished, but now I've got to deal with the Spring Leadership Conference. Plus the quarter's ending and my grades aren't all that great. I blame English. If it was any other teacher, I'd probably pass the class with flying colors.
I blame both her and my stubbornness. And stuff.
