I think my forum attitude has been slowly but perceptibly changing ever since I became a regular in early September.
Nowadays, I'm far more likely to crack stupid jokes, make semi-sarcastic comments, act like I know what I'm doing technically (now that I actually have some experience doing it myself), offer advice, correct people, and click "Submit" with a strange sense of "eh, what the hell" than I was when I first showed my little newbie face on the forum. It's weird, being uninhibited like this. Apparently my mind hasn't completely registered the fact that I just might end up meeting some of these people IRL someday, and I don't want to make them think I'm an obnoxious jerk.
I certainly hope I'm not coming off as obnoxious. This is probably the closest I've ever been in my life, though, so I can't really tell. Someone please tell me I'm not being obnoxious?

"NERV Evening News..." passed the 1000-local-downloads mark!
I imagine the TCNJ sysadmin probably isn't too fond of me, though... assuming s/he even knows who I am. :) -

Well, "The NERV Evening News with Dan Rather" had a good week last week, getting 10 new star ratings with an average of 4.2 (up from 3.8 last week), making it #128 for the week (up from #228 two weeks ago and #415 last week). Overall average increased from 3.67 to 3.72.
"Haruko the Superfreak" didn't fare quite as well. It got 9 star ratings with an average of 3.67 (down from 4.2 two weeks ago and 3.78 last week), and overall average fell from 3.93 to 3.86, dropping it to #298 on the all-time list (down from #15 2 weeks ago and #166 last week).
Yes, I'm well aware that I worry too much about these things. -
