Anybody got a good video game suggestion? I need something that will make me just not have to think while playing it, and have a MASSIVE play time. I'm talking 30-40 hours or more. IF it has a TON of side stuff to do as well, that's a major plus.
Oh, and not Oblivion or WOW. Tried both, both weren't entertaining to me. -

Finances finally got into some really nice order. Approved for a federal student loan with just 6.8% interest. I might also be able to pay it off while I'm in school. So now I can back off on the search for a third job for a while, and can probably make it until I get my old hours back once our summer intern leaves in August.
Now I've got some free time back in the evenings. So now I can work on my Disney MEP tracks and perhaps that Durarara AMV I've been dying to make. -
D is for Day 4

It's been a great trip. I've had some really fun times, learned more about my fellow man, and have been able to FINALLY relax for the first time in a long time.
I know the moment I return home that all the shit will hit the fan once again, but I may have several different means of dealing with it now. I've pretty much come to accept that I'll have to get a loan to pay for my summer classes. Yuck. But, it's ok.
I've also realized that I'm going to have to get a credit card to pay for my gas expenses this semester. Because frankly, my bank account can't handle the prices. I make minimum wage and will be having to pay off my loan. I wish my parents would be able to help me out in that department like they promised they would, but they're in their own pit of money issues, and I certainly can't criticize them for that.
When I look at it all though, it's minor problems that I've blown to massive proportions. Yeah, it's ridiculously annoying, but compared to other problems my other friends have, I shouldn't be complaining.
oh, and I got a really crappy phone call last night. My aunt passed away. She fell down a flight of stairs and hit her head really hard. They took so long getting her to the medical center that the pressure in her head killed her. :( You know, Arkansas has some of the best medical centers in the entire world for the brain, heart and burn victims, but apparently, we have grannies driving the damn helicopters. D:<
Did I really go a whole journal without being emo? I think I did! :D
Let's see if that mood continues throughout the rest of the week. If it does, I'll be shocked out of my gord!

My day for driving was yesterday.
UGHIUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU... They made me drive through the shittiest traffic. Construction all over the place meant barriers on both side of me driving, behind a ton of semi trucks.
Oh, and we were going up a mountain, so it was curvy as hell.
At least we finally made it to our destination and we'll be shopping for today, and will get to take a break tomorrow and just ride again.

Also: it irritates me to no end that the people I'm with have zero sense of time. >_<
