I'm taking my little sister to see it tonight. She's been dying to see it, and I'm slighly intrigued at it too, considering that I liked 1, but didn't care as much about 2. Although I'm seeing it being really sucky like how Pirates of the Carribian was when it hit it's third movie.. >_>
Anyway, I digress. Project Editor Round 2 is going to be over with Monday. I look forward to seeing the rest of the videos for this round. Thus far, it's looking nice.
Now, back to my new secrect impromtu project. Heard a song yesterday and I have to edit to. :O Looks like Trageties Part II found a companion. :) -

Ok, maybe it's just because I've been reading too much rormance based fanfiction on deviantart, but when I see a couple, I'm really pissed off and jealous. >_> Bluh. But I don't plan on dating until after college. Or at least until I hit graduate school. Plus, I haven't met just the right girl yet. Well, I did, but she's too young for me to be in a relationship with (she's a high school junior) at this moment, and she plans on moving out of state when she graduates.
I meet with my advisor on November 3. I've decided to declare a major. The decision is based on a few things. One, I 've been talking with a few people (about 5 actually just listening to me bitch all the time) on MSN lately, and I had some good advice given to me. Most of them told me to see what I loved and combine them into a career. Therefore, that's exactly what I did. I love reading. I love writing. I want to teach, but make a better income than usual teachers in public schools make. I want to spend a lot of time in school, taking english-based classes and avoiding advanced math and science classes like the plauge. And after speaking with my college mentor about it (I talked with her just this morning), she agrees with my logic. I haven't told my parents yet, but that's also a bit of advice somebody gave me a few days ago. I shouldn't base my life on what my parents want, but I should listen to them because they usually have good advice, as well as being right in several regards. Anyway, I plan on majoring in English, and working on a doctorate in that regard, so I can become an English Professor. My great-aunt is one, and I plan on asking her advice on the best way to accomplish such a feat.
Speaking of which, I have homework for my Principles of Collegic sucess class which I need to be doing. O-o

E is for Exams

2 exams tomorrow. It's making me happy though. I was scared that professors were going to freak out and do the whole "shrink" thing on us. I got an e-mail stating that all exams/plans/assigments are due tomorrow irregardless because of the shooting. That seems to be theme of our university now. "Moving on quickly" I've gotten like 5-6 emails from the university, each with a long speech in the same regard.
Blah. Moving on.
My parents are wanting me to move to another university. We have like 3 Universities in our area, all within good driving distance. Considering that they control me right now with most finances (I make good money at work, but not good enough so that I can live on my own), I really have to power to oppose them. They said we'd talk about it closer to the end of the semester, but it looks like I'll be moving. >_> It's really not that big of a deal. The paperwork will be a bitch though, transferring my scholarship to the other school, as well as transferring credits and all that shiate. :O

Let's talk about something else, shall we? It's depressing to talk about that. :O
I'm currently working on a project I started in 2006. I want to get it done soon. It's a fitting AMV to dedicate to the memories of those who were killed here.
For those interested, the project is called "The Silence of the Stars".
But I digress.

J is for Past Journal Reading

I went and re-read a lot of my past journal entries today. Mostly out of bordeom that classes were cancelled today, and also out of a necessity to see if I've changed any.

Uh. I realized that I whine a lot. And I mean a lot. I apologize for that.
Anyway, let's start off by letting me complain a bit.
Campus shooting last night at my University. 2 people are dead, and one is injured.. I've already vented about it however in the Vent post on Donators Forum.
Stupid pointless violence is stupid. >_>

Anyway, classes were cancelled today. Classes restart tomorrow.
