    Also, my desk at home is full of tax books and 3 calculators doing tax research, planning and calculations. I'm sad to admit this, but I'm at the point in my career where this is highly exciting.

    While I still can't do more for businesses than spreadsheets, I'll have plenty of 1040s on my desk next week. HUZZAH. :3

    Oh, and school. But that's not even remotely remarkable. /stabs

  • L is for Love 2012-01-04 23:16:24 I love the AMV I'm working on. It's the first time where the concept is ACTUALLY turning out like I envisioned. Plus, I'm experimenting a little, which is always fun. I genuinely like it too! :3

    I'm also loving work this season. It's crazy, and I want to pull my hair out, but when I get home, I have such a great feeling of accomplishment. XD Plus, I'm bringing home the big bucks with overtime. :up: 
  • O is for OtakuGrey 2012-01-04 00:10:17 Personally, for me, I always get inspiration from music and my imagination.

    I listen to music and create a story with my own characters that I've invented/stolen [except for that shitstorm that was "Just Another Citizen", which is just me and random fun editing XD]. It's kind of like planning an AMV, just with whatever sources you have in your brain.

    For example, I have the "Lightspeed Rescue" theme song on my ipod. I came up with a parody in my mind (while driving of all things) with the modern Dragon Age characters [Alistar as red, naturally], which has come up as a storyboard I've got on the backburner for a future project where I'll be using TigerxBunny replacing the concept I came up in my brain with the imaginary Dragon Age modern characters. .

    It's actually how I envision almost ALL my romance AMVs, and especially my more story-driven AMVs.

    So maybe grab a playlist of music and just go through songs until something solid sticks?
