I'm an extremely cheap person.
But today I did something I thought I would never do. I shlled out $65 for a video game. Final Fantasy XIII, which is a francise I've been following since Final Fantasy IV on the SNES [That's II in America, IV in Japan].
So based on TC's footage, various game reviews and my own love of the series, I made the sacrifice.
And 10 minutes into the game?
Wow. SE didn't fuck it up [battle system wise anyway thus far]. :D -

She's slowly becoming my favorite artist of all time. :D
Her work is just so... POWERFUL. It has UMPH.
I'm ashamed to say the only reason I know her is because of Avatar and Final Fantasy XIII, but I really wished I'd known about her a long time ago. Because she's simply amazing, and I'm already planning another AMV with her. :D -

I'm very tempted to make a Final Fantasy VIII video after my friend is wanting to do a final fantasy tribute and has tributes for everything BUT it. But DAMN that footage is painful to look at. >_<
Went hiking today. Twas fun, we found an awesome cave that had a hell of a lot of bats in them. Scared the living SHIT out of my sister and she screamed, so even MORE bats started flowing out of the cave and the running away scenes in cartoons really did happen for once. And it wasn't just us, there was about 4 or five other familes. MAJOR LOLAGE. xD
I wish I'd had a camera for that.

Blarg. This semester is going too fast. I have 4/5 amazing professors, great classes, decent grades and simply a FUN atmosphere. And the semester is just flying by! I'm already on my second batch of exams coming up! I've only got one more batch and then finals! Stop! Halt! I'd love to enjoy these classes a little more!!!
And why the hell does Final Fantasy XIII have to come out a week before Pokemon Soul Silver? Grrr... I've got to decide between the two. I think I'll wait so I can just RENT FFXIII, because I'm not sure if I'll just love it or not.
And speaking of time, I've got a bit of a conundrum. >__> Because I was late in declaring my major, I'm a class behind. So I have a choice. I have to either
a) take a summer course and graduate on time, but miss my family vacation and spend two weeks by myself
b) Take 18 hours every semester and 3 hours every summer AND graduate on time PLUS qualify for the CPA exam.
c) Go an extra semester.
Option B sucks. And because I'm about to start another internship with a company that may plan out to hire me at the end of it, I'll probably not do it. Plus, the company would PAY for me to get my CPA exam.
Option C is painful. I want out of my house and on my own already and have a job. But if I get a good internship, I might actually be out of home faster than I think... But then I'd just be 3 hours from graduating. I'd graduate in December too... >___>
Option A is what I'm considering. It sucks because I'd miss my family vacation. We're going out of state again, and I'd be alone for nearly 2 weeks with nobody. That'd be pretty boring... :(
In the end, I'll probably just go with Either A or C. I've got three weeks to decide. Better start thinking fast. xD

Oh, and I'm surprised at the reception that "Surreal" got. It seems to be split down the middle. Half love it and have absolutely hate it. xD
I'm gonna try and do a trailer for my next AMV. I'm doing Sakuraslight thing and try to do an AMV every month and try to do different genres each time. Albeit, I'm sure they'll all be slow/odd.

Oh, and... I'm really tired. XD But I like this fact. Because I'm tired BECAUSE I was out all day working in the yard. It feels so good to be able to be active again. You really don't know what you've got until it's gone. And I'm gonna take my health with the best advantage that I can.
