I am not one to fear the unknown, but humanity is a never-ending line being drawn in he sand of some cosmic beach, and in my inability to know the future am I afraid of the future which is unknown, or my inability to know? An open-ended question to the world, asked a million times by a million people in a million places with a million different lives. What is the purpose? Where are we headed? Where have we really been? How much do we actually know? At times like these when I find myself held against a wall of uncertainty and doubt (both in my own abilities and the abilities of others), I can relax and take solace in one fact.
