Well, its good for you to have some own friendly competition there. I only know a few hungarians who work with programs other than WMM. And only some of them are here on the org. :(
And post that link to that video when she realeses it! We are going to watch it! I'm curious :D -

sKy's right about those things. I've been wandering about this too for about a half-year, and now i respect russian editors a lot more than most of the "i'm the best" american editors here on the org. It is strange that most of the russians don't live an active life here on the org, of course they have their own site, the across.ru, but they do log in and check around (for example ScorpionsUltd logs in almost every day), but don't really post anything. Problems with the english language you say? I don't think so, there has to be something different. I have to admit that some of the russians do post in the forums, for example Darius GQ (great editor), but i don't often see him posting things like "you suck" or "you fail" and other shit some americans do - russian nature maybe, who knows, maybe they do this on across.ru - but i don't think so.
Aside from their activity here on the .org, AMV-wise, they are the most original editors in the world, i could make a list of the most original ones, but seriously, everyone knows them (WoTB, Reflections for example) - but hey, ukms[z] was here a long before he made Reflections and did he get the light he deserved??? Why do most of the people recongnize him just now?? I mean i love Fade to Blue a lot more than Reflections, but it wasn't that well known. And a pathetic 61 ops?? (18 for Reflections at the moment, so 43 before that video) ahh, russians don't get the recongization they deserve (only ScorpionsUltd maybe) , if they'd get it, they would rock the whole site away - that's my opinion (don't get me wrong, there are a lot of great american editors too, but they are well-known enaugh). And i don't say this because i'm russian or anything, i'm hungarian and we hungarians do suck at AMVs, i mean, really, i cry when i see most of the hungarian made amvs :( But i must say that not only the russians are better than the average of USA, there are some decent bulgarian editors (test - can you name one now?), even from Ukraine. I guess a lot depends on how much time you spend on the forums, but i'm sure that a lot of north american members realized now that there are great editors beyond their borders too (and not just France and Germany).
And the best quality AMV-con in the world?? Across-con, no question.
