Thank you, oh unknown person, for the nice QC on my Saiyuki vid! I have another one in mind for Saiyuki that I'd like to do sometime in the future. Hope it's as accepted nicely as the Blend one has been.
Speaking of future amvs....
Don't you hate it when you've let a current project sit and then get attacked by new and different project ideas? I've been hit by at least two since I started the grunt work on my Fruits Basket video. I really need to clean up my hard drive and get back to the last of my basic tasks for the vid so I can finally get to some creative editing (the more fun part of it). I don't want to scrap the vid after the work I've already done just to play with my new ideas, so I'm hoping once I get into editing that I'll get invested in this project again. *hope!hope!*
And to put off that project even longer, I'm going out of state tomorrow to help a pregnant friend for a few days. Gee, what else am I going to use as an excuse to put off working on this video? Oi vey. - am back 2006-03-31 09:50:40 I'm back from a most excellent trip to Japan. Thank you to those who left QCs in my absence! After I send out all the goodies I bought for friends and put together my travel scrapbook, I'll get back to work on my Furuba amv. ^_^

At this time tomorrow I'll be sitting in an airport waiting for my flight to Japan. Good grief, I can hardly believe it. I don't think it will sink in until I'm standing in Nagoya airport causing a stare or more from excitedly greeting my friend.
How strange; how strange. I've been overseas before, but that was a long time ago. I guess that's why I feel more nervous than excited.
And, yes, this has nothing to do with AMVs. To make it relevant.: I'll try to finish my current amv project when I get back from Japan. -

shoot. I was browsing the amvs for something new to watch, and I found a video had been made in the past month or two using a song and anime that I considered using since...oh, a year or so. Well, that's my fault. I should've worked on my idea sooner. I guess I was waiting to do it until I got a little more experience under my belt. Too bad. So sad.
But, ya know what?, I think I'll do it anyway. For me. Every once in a while ya gotta purge those old, unfinsihed ideas. Yep. Yep.
And with that said, I'm going to bet that the aforementioned video idea won't get underway for another...oh...6 months or so.

All's good with the world. - And so it goes 2006-03-07 13:53:38 After my birthday, the nieces weekend of cookie-tossing, and a missed "24" catch-up Monday, I'm wondering if I can find my lost motivation for working on an AMV. I think it's the idea of sitting at the computer for a long time that makes me keep putting this off. I want to get this done before I go to Japan in two weeks. Can I? Hm, we'll see.
