It's been awhile since I've written a journal.. But then, it's been awhile since I've been on the site. :)
My Christmas hiatus from all things internet has seen me finish one music video and almost finish another. My remake of Ode to Wolfram is almost done and looking better than ever, and I've also finished a Fruits Basket AMV that I'll upload once I get back to school. -

I'm a little past the two minute mark in my O2W remake... I'm so sick of gathering footage for it... Kinda sucks. But, I've been working on it most of the night, so now's time for break.
Ulead is driving me crazy, making me jump through hoops to get it to do what I want it to do. I must remind myself to whack it over the head a few times and get it to behave. Kind of like what I did to break Movie Maker into submission. -

OK, so I've been working on a remake of my video "Ode To Wolfram". Mostly because it's one of my most popular videos, but I felt it could be so much better.
There are times when I'm working on it and watch what I've done and think "Why did you do this? This looks stupid." and then other times I watch it and think "OK, that wasn't so bad... and that parts kind of cool." and then I get excited and start working on it again.
Anyway, I'm about halfway done with it. Plus, it's got two new features! It's the first time I've actually ripped DVD footage to use. I'm proud of myself for figuring it out. Secondly, it's the first time I've relied solely on Ulead for all the editing. This may or may not be a good thing, but I guess we'll find out soon enough. -
First Journal?!

This is the first time I've used this journal here. I never really even thought about it before, but for some reason, I keep reading the new journals on the members menu, and then I thought, "Hey, I like reading stuff I write!" So I decided I'd start doing a journal.
OK, that's a bad reason to start, but whatever.
I'm a little fed up with my laptop. No matter how hard I try, it's always on the brink of "Too full, stop putting stuff on it! Please, it can't handle anymore!" This is what I get for not buying my own computer and just taking what the university gave me.
It makes making AMVs a pain because now it's made all of my editing programs run really, really slowly. Gah, I need to clean it out...
