today, after hmm...7 years? I finally got new glasses. the old ones just weren't cutting it anymore. Not only were they purpetually sliding down my nose, but the lenses covered a good third of my face. hmmm....and when the mighty egg whisk says 'not good'...you need to go get new glasses. and so i did! I also tried color contacts which just sucked. but anyway...
there has been something wrong with me recently....i don't know what it is, just that my right hand and arm have very little circulation and are always ice cold. very very weird.
i left my cookie in the car. dammit. -

I had a stirring realization tonight.
Kelly Osbourne sounds exactly like Varuka Salt from Willie Wonka. The irony is absolutely delicious. Heretofore I couldn't place whom she reminded me of, but suddenly as I was making my kanji cards this afternoon with mtv on in the background, it hit me. And now that's all I can see. I can also picture Jack as being a completely overgrown and inept oompa loompa. It truely is delightful. And then there's poor Mr Wonka himself...swimming around the pool in boxers and suffering from 30 years too many of crack and booze. heehee. anyway.

I'm eating a panda head! and it's really good! I saw the cookies in the supermarket the other day...they looked so cute!!!! i don't really have anything more to say. ummmmm....oh! well actually nevermind. i need to go program.

i've been learning php, smil, and xml for the past day and can't really function as a human being anymore. nor am i really able to type because my wrist is locked into the mouseclick position. my laundry is still warm from when i took it out of the dryer this afternoon because my cat has been sleeping on it all day. what a life. all she needs to do is decide what pillow to occupy. my butt is flat. i need her pillow.
why am i torturing myself like this? because i was told i could not play kingdom of hearts this week until everything i need to get done gets done. what a horrible, cold, dastardly card to play. i've left out learning director lingo for tomorrow. i need to go to half price books and buy a couple more objects to clutter about my feet...they're getting cold.
i decided a couple of days ago that i was going to create a noteworthy director project since my ps class doesn't seem to like me much. (during our first critique i snapped at the grand poobah 'i know everything about CGD and anything involving the computer and you are lesser than i' weiner wag and his faithful filacio follower because they were being jerks and presiding over the class as if they were the teacher and not the STUDENTS....argggggggghhhh i don't like people like that. bad natto! rotten natto! worse than a kick in the face with a golfshoe.) anyhow. so i've got to pull this off...more because i want to be able to ask questions while i have a prof handy as to director because i eventually want to make a portfolio in it. but anyway! project number 2!
need to update 2 webpages. one preferably based in php4 with a working database eventhough i haven't checked what the server for that site supports yet...the other is my own which i'll probably accomplish in tinkering with codes so i can learn them better. right now there is a mush of 5 different languages in my head and I'm not sure if what I'm remembering is smil or some drivel that dripped out of quarantine.
project 3 - kaaaaaaannnnnnjjjjjjiiiiiii quiz someday after spring break ends. must learn.
project 4 / 5 - anth and poli sci tests following spring break as well. joy!
project 6 - finish the amv's i've been working on like a scatterbrain without her ears affixed.
can i do it? i certainly have stockpiled my cheerios, so i should be able to atleast get a few of the scheduled tortures done before i have a total and complete meltdown.
i spent most of this morning downloading new mp3's so I've got the variety going on winamp. i even have a pizza in the freezer!!!!!! see? this is preparation! i think i'm getting delusional because it's 230 am and my foot's asleep. i'll close the books and go to bed now. thursday is my official nothing day. it's my spring break afterall. and nothing days are good. they keep me lucid. :)
