destination: buddha bar

i think I'm going to make it a goal of mine to go to the buddha bar just so i can lounge at one of the tables drinking a vodkacran and not thinking about anything in particular. right now in the festerings of and threatenings of upcoming tests, projects, and obligations that just seems ideal. plus i'd be in france. that alone would be cause for celebration...and dressing up. I think I'd like to dress up sometime soon...maybe dust off my make-up drawer. it's fun! for me it's like literally becoming someone else because no one recognizes me when i dress up...only if they know me and are around me all the time. not that anyone recognizes me now anyway. :p but still! it's fun. I enjoy controlling my degree of visibility.
I've also made a horribly self-destructive decision to start my excercise routine up again. my initial deconstruction started this afternoon around 1PM. I'll start really feeling what I've done (roughly 100 lunges, 100 squats, 20 minutes of cardio, and 20 more minutes of weight training) around 7am tomorrow morning when the alarm rings and I'm obligated to get up and do it again before i go to class! if i succeed in my mission, i should have a perfectly toned bikini figure. i abhor anything bulky and over-muscular so I'm keeping the reps up and the lbs down. smooth...with just enough definition so that upon closer inspection most will understand that I could kick their ass. *^_^* Heehee..j/k!!!!!!!! :)
sound scarey huh? *^_^* really it's not. it's something I'm proud of since only two years ago i was too weak to even complete one set of weightless lunges. every time i finish a routine it's like winning a battle against that overweight pasty pessimistic slug that still has some part of itself inside of me. anyway. I'm done babbling now. and that amv still isn't finished. shame on me! by Valentine's day...I promise! -

I'm also on the eldge of finishing an amv that's been festering on my hd for a while. I'm thinking of dumping it all together, but.....erm. no I think I'll keep it. i don't know! i like it one day, then I hate it the next. actually the only thing I've consistantly patted myself on the back for is the opening and for some unknown and completely sadistic reason my computer REFUSES to render it correctly. sigh. if only i didn't have to sleep...if only i wasn't feeling the effects of the lack of sleep...if only my hands didn't tremble like a crack addict's...maybe i could accomplish something without the necessity of a mental breakdown two seconds before the finish line...:-O :) of course you know I'm just kidding. i've still got the damned shakes though. and i don't even drink coffee. -

I got some really good advice too!! A couple of duh pointers that I hadn't really thought about. heehee. *sheepish grin* demosa! all is for the making of better videos! I'm also working on a revamping of my site so its not so ugly to navigate through. i also have a new video I'm tinkering with...although I'm thinking it might not be working as well as I want it to. It's lacking a lot of something I need it to have.....class...interest....a point....I'm thinking of trashing it altogether because something else is just completely dominating my mind in terms of an amv...but it's not an amv. not at least an *anime* music video. I'm going taboo and making a special present for a friend of mine using one of her favorite Disney movies. *^_^*
I absolutely do not believe this...Luna (fatass neko-chan) just fell off a chair and caused the floor in my apartment to shake. I mean SHAKE! I thought my textbooks had fallen off the table....not very encouraging since I have changed her diet to the weight management formula....so much for that!
anyway, sorry for that digression. the video is going to be completely mushmush but that's what it's supposed to be! I'm also laying out an idea for an amv dvd. it's still in the research stage now, but I have a solid outline done. just adding another boiling pot to the already overflowing and not altogether working stove that is my idea eatery. (sadly it is electric...not gas....i don't boil evenly. :( the new site design even has a section for the dvd! fruition? probably. time consortum in which it could be finished? psht. sometime after I quit victoria secret but before the day i die. :) now if you'll follow me into the glamour room i can introduce you to the very ugly-but-we're-pushing-it-anyway-new! I've figured out now that you've got to make sacrifices to the computer gods in order for things to move correctly. sort of akin to how i am required to pay homage to my cat before I sleep...or else she won't LET me sleep. these things we mortals cannot argue with...if christine does not get her bowl of pretzels every tuesday, she will not render a file completely...she'll just stop...and hand me the blue screen of death...with a big fat fah-q....
