Here it is! 'To The East Blackwards' was one of my favorite tapes back in my old militant rap days (Public Enemy, Proffessor Griff, Paris, Boogie Down Productions, etc...). It was right before my Latin rap phase (Kid Frost, Mellow Man Ace, Cypress Hill, Lighter Shade of Brown, etc...). Man, those were the good ol' days *sigh*. Anyway, back to X-Clan, I remember watching there vids on BET during the old Rap City days hosted by "The Mayor" Chris Thomas. It was mainly just 'Funkin Lesson' and 'Heed the Word of the Brother' although I remember they spawned a female solo act called Isis. Pretty cool stuff and they were heavy samplers of really good funk music. So yeah, I remember them. ^_^ -

Wow!!! I've been working for my current company for about 2 1/2 years and this is the first time we've had to evacuate to the tornado shelter. We went twice about 30 minutes apart, the first time was due to the Tornado serene going off and the second was for a strange sound above us that seemed like a plane was crashing. Both cases seemed to be fals e alarms since nothing has happened yet but it's hailing out side as I type this and the Weather sites are showing some big storm circles headed our way on radar. O_o
I've noticed the Adult/Hentai debate seems to still be going on over in the website forum with Anneke's new thread. As I stated in that thread, Phade has pretty much already made up his mind concerning the situation and needling him about it now will probably just annoy him more than anything. I personally thought the policy was unfair but, it effected me personally so I'm obviously a little biased in my views. The new thread does bring up a good point though, what consitutes "Adult" content? Violence, rape, excessive blood, nudity, explicit lyrics, homosexual undertones...all these could fall under that catergory. *Sigh* I liked the site the way it was before all this started. :( -
