Today I spent most of the day cleaning my apartment. It's unbelivable the amount of crap that I manage to create around me when I live alone >_<
I swear that I am much more ordinate when I am with somebody else... Cristina, if you are reading this just know that I will clean the house, don't worry!! No! NOO! Don't hit me with the broom please!!! :p
This evening I went to a baseball game: McCoy Stadium, Pawtucket Red Sox vs "I don't remember who" ^_^' The Sox won (almost incredible :p) and then they had some very nice fireworks, with music and all that kind of stuff. It was a good evening in the overall... it's a pity only that I am almost starving to death: I didn't bring that much money and the hot dogs are sooo small at the stadium :p
Today I've tried to resume my work on my X video... man, I was so close to finish it!! Now it seems that I can't even open Premiere without getting sick >_<
I added a bit of lip synch in the beginning that is kind of wacky but feels so good... the only problem is that the stupid Fuuma is dressed differently from the subsequent scene, so I can't compose them how I want. Grrrr. This can lead to two things:
1) I arm myself with patience and do some Photoshoppin' to fix things
2) I screw everything and just put it in as it is
Easy to tell, I'll probably go with option 2... I've messed with PS around 2 hours today without getting the results I wanted. I am pretty good at it, but it's really though when you haven't the _right_ images to manipulate and have to do lots of tricky stuff. I suppose that I'll find another way so, something that doesn't imply "consistence" between the two scenes. I am kinda pissed because ideally it would have been perfect... oh well, maybe I'll just work on it a little more >_<
Today I started hosting the video that Ian (AbsoluteDestiny) made for me and Cristina as a wedding present. It's an extremely good and moving video, so I suggest to you all to check it out... as long as you don't kill my web server obviously :p
I think I'll mirror also his latest video at least for a while, since penguin hosting seems to be gone a little postal lately :p
Ok, that's it I think. What I am going to do now? Hehe... my X video needs work ^_^
Screw it!!
I am gonna watch Fruits Basket 22... and probably the whole thing till episode 26 ^_^

Geez, I've lost all the motivation to finish up my X video. Damn, I was so close... it's basiccaly complete and lacks only minor timing adjustments, titles and some more effects.
Bah, I guess I'll return to it when I will be struck by inspiration again :/ In the meanwhile I have a couple of opinions left in my review queue... don't worry guys: I'll come to you as soon as possible.
I saw a new bit of Ian's latest video some days ago... man, that thing kicks royal buttocks! It's amazing what this guy is able to produce when is inspired: it's an endless source of ideas, suggestions and experimentations.
Hmmm... I think I'll go and watch some KC videos.

Finally the shitty blockbuster nearby my place decided to bring in a copy of "Run Lola Run" on DVD... which I promptly rented since it was _ages_ I was looking forward to see it.
Well, this is a very good movie indeed. Sorta of a big music video... and all the fans of Kevin Caldwell's "Believe" will surely like it, ehehe. The concept is quite amusing and I really enjoyed the editing itself: reminds me a little bit of my gimmick videos ;p
Just one suggestin: watch it in german because the dubbing sucks >_<
Yesterday I had another crazy idea for a music video, so I gotta speak with AD now :p You know, if I have to follow any single thread that comes into my mind I would be releasing crap at an higher rate of the exponential growth of processors speed in a year >_<
I am lucky that:
A) most of this ideas are almost impossible to realize
B) I am soooo lazy to do them :p
Anyway I think I will never make this video... the initial idea was to write a small novel over this concept and so my feeling is that it would be nearly impossible to squeeze an AMV out of it.
Hmmm.... another concept put into the drawer.
...the world is a safer place now ^^;
